We Are 5 Year Superhosts On Another Platform. Just 1.3 Miles To Beach. This is a efficiency Kitchen / Living Room Combo, Large Bedroom with Large Bathroom, Large Shower Area. Has Washer Dryer in Unit. Everything is fresh and new, we just renovated this one after IAN. Private dock for our guests, you can launch kayaks from here. Gulf Access Canal leading to Fish Tap Bay and the Imperial River all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. Grocery 1 mile away, lots of shopping and things to do with a short distance, 15 Restaurants within 1 mile.

Just what we were looking for!

Flounder was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The location was very convenient. We will stay again.

close to everything..

Comfortable unit perfect for a couple. I stayed there with my two teenage boys and it was a little tight. Unit was nicely appointed with everything we needed. Landscape could use a bit of work but overall, a good value. favorite parts were fishing off the seawall and morning coffee on the seawall. we would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend, our first trip just us 2!! (We have 3 little kids) the unit was perfect for us. Perfect size, big cozy bed, a wonderful big shower! We were very comfortable. They have a dock with chair with an amazing view of some water. We saw an iguana and manatee! Close enough to the ocean to take nice walk there and near by restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great little Vacation Spot

Our one-night stay at this small vacation spot in Bonita Springs was nothing short of fantastic. From seamless check-in to well-appointed rooms and great amenities, everything was as described and exceeded expectations. Despite its size, the property had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Its central location made exploring the area a breeze. Overall, a great option for future visits to Bonita Springs. Highly recommended for a cozy retreat!

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. Been here since 2003 and love it. Feel like a "cracker" that's slang for a Florida native. Lived in Cape coral , Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach. Love hosting and providing reliable comfortable vacation rentals.

Why they chose this property

Bonita Springs is a sleepy town growing into the next Naples....like it or not. LOL. We have friendships with lots of local native Floridians. We love the beach access and the closeness to everything we need. We chose Florida for the sunshine and here for the Sunny Climate.

What makes this property unique

Our properties are special in a way, we own and operate a demolition business here called Remove It Pros Inc. We repurpose a large amount of perfectly good items heading to the dump through our day to day operations of the demolition business, we rescue stuff most demo companies around here put into the dumpsters. The vast majority of the furniture and Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Shower Doors, Countertops, Decorations, Kitchen Utensils and Appliances are repurposed from our Reuse It Pros Warehouse over at 28381 Race Track Rd in Bonita Springs
