Stones throw to the beautiful Gulf Beaches. Walking distance to Downtown Bonita, and the Bonita Beach Poker Room. Short drive to Outlet Mall and Hertz Arena. Perfect for families w/ kids, grandparents. Two large rooms complete with closet, desk, drawers and nightstands. The property also has a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, for the morning essentials.

We have a variety of different restaurants in the area, including seafood, Mexican, Steakhouses (casual and fine dining), Italian, Spanish, Thai, Japanese, just to name a few. If you would like some recommendations please feel free to ask.

It was a nice, clean, good size 2 bedroom unit. I think we would prefer a place with a full kitchen so we could cook instead of having to eat out. But we made it work!

We had a really good stay here. Place has everything we needed. Close to what we were there for. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Close to shopping, food stores, beaches etc.It is a smaller place with only two bedrooms and a bathroom. No kitchen or sitting room, so it was a little tight for us (family of four), but we were just there to sleep so it worked for us. It did get a hair noisy our second night, but I think it may have been from the neighbors, not the host. Someone was just playing some louder music..not super late so we were still able to sleep. Just mentioning it as part of our stay. Overall we would stay here again for a quick weekend visit and I recommend staying. Being close to everything, but set back a bit was nice for some privacy and mainly quiet. Would be perfect for a couple!!

Everything was great! Very clean and comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that the host provides more towels during a 7 day stay. Having to use the same towel for 7 days was not ideal. Other than that, everything was perfect! I would return! Thanks again!

Spring Break 2025

This was very clean. Location was great except that the neighbor is very close. Their plants and truck crowded the parking. There was also a very big hole due to construction that would have been nice to be made aware of prior to arrival. Great place if only sleeping there. No common space except the hall entrance.
