This listing includes the fully remodeled basement with a private bedroom, full bathroom, and a large living room with a big-screen TV, couch, and full-sized futon. Additionally, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The main floor has a sofa bed in a small TV room off the living room. The main floor also has a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bathroom. From the dining room, you can walk out to the back deck and into the spacious backyard that backs up to Cottonwood Creek.

The entire home is yours during your stay, it is not a shared space. Guests will have access to the entire house, the large backyard, and the driveway. Guests will not have access to the detached garage.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You will likely see locals walking and running the path that starts near our house. The house and yard border a small state wildlife area called the Cottonwood Creek Fishing Easement. Of note, the house is also very near the Buena Vista High School sports stadium, and sporting events can sometimes be heard from the property.

The house is a 15-20-minute walk to the town center restaurants and cafes, brewery, shops, farmers market, hiking, and biking trails.
