Great house for groups!

We had a wonderful stay in Buena Vista! The house is very spacious and was extremely clean and well equipped. Perfect for family or friends gatherings and plenty of room the spread out. The only downside is no A/C so it could definitely get warm in the summer, but we brought a bunch of fans and that seemed to help for the upstairs part of the house. Would definitely stay again!

The house is great, it's open and has tons of space. I wish there was a little more seating in the main living room, but overall tons of room for multiple families. The kitchen is huge, the cookware is a little bare, and there is no Tupperware, I'm guessing people end up taking it.... otherwise it was great, and close to downtown BV! We will def be staying again!

Beautiful property.

The place was beautiful with great views. Property was very clean. Owners and property managers were easy to work with. We had issues with a couple that had health issues and they were willing to help out with costs. My wife and I come up to Buena Vista once or twice a year and would definitely stay here again.

Great sized house

Really enjoyed our stay at this open and spacious house. Great view of the mountains. We didn't even get a chance to use all the space it offers and mainly hung out in the kitchen/dining area and living room. Loved that they were pet-friendly and had pet treats and beds available. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our stay. It’s beautiful. Comfortable. Clean. Tons of open space for my boys to just go crazy in. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great for the weekend

This house was great for our family and extended family for a wedding weekend. They accommodated our young children as well as dogs. There were a few downsides of no fenced in backyard, and the basement smelled like dog urine. Overall, the host was very responsive and made sure our stay was great!

Spring break trip

This was our second year staying at this house and jr has been great! We come out to snowmobile and there is enough room in the driveway for a pickup with a trailer as well as other pickups! We come out with another family and all meet at the house for meals. There is enough room for all to eat as well as the kids to play. We are looking for a place closer to the other family, but if we can’t find one we will be back!

BV Stay

Didn't know it was by a cemetery but besides that it was a nice house and no ghosts came over the fence. A backyard fence would have been great since it is a dog friendly rental. Would be perfect for large families! Would definitely rent it again!

A group of us stayed at this lovely house for our wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was great to cook in! Beds were comfortable. There is no central air so be sure to work with opening windows. It was easily cooled off.

The home was clean and well equipped but the layout of the house was not what I expected for 4 couples.Two bedrooms were in the basement with a shared nonfunctioning bathroom. The light/fan in the toilet/shower room were not working so we were forced to go upstairs for a toilet and shower. There were double sinks in the basement bathroom but one did not work.

The property is easy access and accommodates a large party - we had a party of five for a gal pal trip. The downstairs seating area is comfortable for large parties and viewing TV, shows, etc. On the down side, is the patio deck. It had limited seating but had the beautiful view of the mountains. It is a shame, there is not better outdoor seating in that area. The two seater swing is very outdated, needs new cushions and new paint. I would suggest to other renters to bring your own outdoor chairs to be able to enjoy the outdoor area. The seating in the living area can accommodate four comfortably however, again additional comfort seating would be a plus.We also experienced trickle water from one of the sinks in the downstairs bath area. Great for families with kids and dogs

Overall, we had a great time. The backyard deck was not very usable since it faced west and got very hot and was not very far from a busy road. We did enjoy the front porch, however. With high temperatures in the mid 80s, the bedrooms were hot and it was difficult to fall asleep. The neighborhood seemed incredibly safe. The queen bed on the first floor was really bad. It’s sagged in the And gave us back pain sleeping on it. It certainly should be replaced. However, for a four bedroom house that accommodates children and dogs It was overall quite good.

Beautiful stay

We had a beautiful experience! Close to Mt Princeton which is what we were hiking. It was our first time staying in a VRBO so we didn’t know exactly what to look for in the house. Next we definitely will look for air conditioning and a fenced in backyard. Our overall experience was very good.
