Great Location to Downtown Austin

I manage a blues band that plays at several of the downtown Austin area venues. This property is in very close proximity to lots of those venues as well as eateries. It was clean & quiet for resting after that late night gigs.

Wonderful stay

We were visiting Austin for my daughter’s 25th birthday trip. House was more than expected. Easy drive to everywhere. Hosts were very responsive to our requests. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again next time in Austin.

We are Michael and Helen. Helen is retired from Xerox and Michael is semi-retired from his home Construction business. We have 2 sons and daughters-in-law and 3 grandsons. Although we live in upstate NY, we visit Austin regularly to be with our younger son, DIL and grandson. We love to travel, drink wine, and spend time in the Finger Lakes in upstate NY.

This is a fabulous neighborhood: clean, quiet, friendly, good for walking and very close to South Congress. There is even a peacock roaming the area!

What makes this property unique

The property has been completely renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from spices, utensils, pots and pans, and more. The home has spacious rooms, 1 king and 2 queen beds. Plenty of space for 6 adults.
We even equipped the home with an EV charger which is free for guests to use.
