About this property

Traditional Skopelos terracotta villa with all the modern amenities including air conditioning, ceiling fans, screen doors and windows, and blackout blinds. Three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom (two with queen beds and one with two singles). Living room includes two full-length sofas which can each comfortably sleep one person. private pool and just steps to the beach an ideal place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty .

Spacious living room with vaulted pine ceilings, Italian porcelain flooring and traditional fireplace. High-speed internet, stereo, and flatscreen TV with cable and DVD player.

Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee-maker, blender. Indoor is an eight-person dining table, and the kitchen opens onto a shaded veranda with additional seating for ten. Also includes seaside terrace with two barbecues (traditional and propane) and seating for ten.

Beautiful large 6x12m swimming pool, fully illuminated and finished in mosaic tile. Large poolside patio furnished with umbrellas and lounge chairs as well as an outdoor shower.

The villa is located on a private gated estate offering orchards with seasonal fruit including figs, cherries, plums, pomegranates, grapevines, and an organic vegetable garden, as well as seaside grassy areas shaded by palm trees.

Best location in NeoKlima

Family an friends (5 adults + 3 kids 5y.o., 10y.o. & 9y.o.) enjoyed a wonderful stay at Maria's property for a week. Smooth check in and out, amazing host. The pool and facilities were 5 stars, air conditioning in every room - a welcomed treat. Garden and olive plantation are well manicured with plenty of outdoor space and direct access to the beach. No need for a vehicle unless you want to explore the island, dining and shopping are within walking distance. The house was sparkling clean, modern, with confortable amenities. We hope to return for future vacations. You can not go wrong booking this property.

Nice house and wonderful sea !

It is a very nice house, only a few meters from a wonderful sea, situated on the owner's (Maria) private estate, with a commun gate and access to the beach. You will have the pleasure to see Maria and her family every day and enjoy her constant hospitality !
