Perfekt Villa - perfect place

I can fully recommend this villa. The landlord has taken good care of us, from the pick up at the ferry, help with the car rental, was always available for questions. The villa is super clean, beautifully designed with a wonderful view of the sea. The pool was cleaned every other day, also the house was cleaned. The house is well shaded and pleasantly cool in the heat in summer. There are 120 steps to the sea and the beautiful small beach, nearly private. To the next town Neo Klima is about 10 minutes on foot. There are several taverns, supermarket and pharmacy and a small marina. The most beautiful beaches on the island are a 10-15 minute drive away. The landlord brought us several times local food specialties - very hospitality. All around a very attentive and pleasant stay.

EXCEPTIONAL!

This is a wonderful house....Extremely well conceived, extremely tasteful and super clean. The owner took the time to pick us up at the helipad, drove us to the house and showed us around. The house has everything you need plus...LOADS of charm and an amazing view of the sea, the sunset, the islands....If I were to build a Summer house, this is exactly how I would do it: Very private, very cosy, very clever, with a large enough pool, plenty of terrasses to choose from (shade and or sun), simple and yet complete. THANK YOU.
