Welcome to the home we affectionately call “The Maverick“. Modern and stylish with just a touch of the Southwest, to make you feel right at home here in Arizona. This remodeled home has three bedrooms and two full baths and offers a private fenced backyard and covered patio area.

Just 3 miles from a Phoenix
Sky Harbor Airport and less than 2miles from ASU campus make this home the perfect location! Very close to Tempe town lake, I/10 and other major freeways, and only a short drive to downtown Phoenix!

~~The Maverick~~

Beautifully remodeled three bedroom two bath, home with modern wood plank tile flooring. Quartz countertops and white “Shaker“ style cabinets, along with stainless steel appliances, beautifully accent the modern kitchen.

Come lounge in the living room with soft leather sofa and enjoy watching all your shows on the large 55 inch TV. So relaxing!

Kitchen comes well stocked with everything you need, including coffee maker and coffee essentials. There’s also a variety of dishes, pots and pans and various cooking utensils, etc..

Comfy beds in all the bedrooms are either memory foam or pillow top mattresses. There are also extra blankets in each room and dressers provided for storage.

Bathrooms are well stocked with towels, soap and shampoo, etc. There are anlso extra towels, etc. in the hall closet also.

Great stay - close to everything

We had a great stay at this property as part of a multi-generational trip to Arizona. The property was impeccably clean and convenient to pretty much everything- just a short drive from the airport, and to Arizona State. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.
