This cozy home is in a SAFE, family friendly neighborhood with the perfect location for Masters Week rental. There is an outdoor fire pit with a Grill/pellet smoker available for your enjoyment. Fully equipped newly renovated kitchen also ready for use. One bedroom consists of a queen bed with newly renovated bathroom attached. Second bedroom is a double bed with bathroom in the hallway. There is also a curtained sunroom with a twin futon bed available. There is a television in each of these sleeping spaces.

During your stay for Masters week, walk right down the street to play Forest Hills Golf Course, a staple in the Augusta Golf community.

2 minute drive or 0.4 mile walk to grocery store, pharmacy, sports bar, and upscale Mexican restaurant with live music and great cocktails!
