3 Minute walk from Seven Mile Beach via a Private Beach Access.
Luxury condos on historic Boggy Sand Road.

At night you can hear the waves breaking on Boggy Sand Beach, the most secluded part of Seven Mile Beach. Spacious with open plan kitchen, dining area and living room leading onto a very large patio.

- The Master bedroom also leads onto a private patio so that guests can enjoy some private space outside. The Master has a Full Bathroom with Rain Shower and stand-alone bathtub.

- 2nd Bedroom with a luxurious King bed and en-suite.
- 3rd Bedroom is set up with 2 Twin Beds (or 1 KING) and en-suite.
- 4th Bedroom, 2 Full Beds and 2 Twin Bunk Beds and bathroom in Hall.

65" LED TV in Living room with cable. 55" TV's in all 4 Bedrooms.
FREE Wi-Fi throughout the condo and complex including around the pool.

Well Appointed Chefs kitchen . Washer and dryer in each unit's laundry room. Sun loungers and beach umbrella.
An outside BBQ area and pool with loungers.

We overlook the stunning Pool Pavilion with seating, a bar and some private pool Cabanas.

The complex and Condo is kids friendly and we can provide everything you will need for your baby e.g. Crib, high chair, bath etc. at your request.

You have access to the roof top terrace with BBQ, Loungers, Seating and amazing Caribbean Sunset Sea views.

Guest can use the Stand UP Paddle Boards , Kayaks and Beach toys for the kids for FREE.
Boggy Sands Club is the Best.

Host was great and the condo was gorgeous, just as pictured. The pool was a little smaller than anticipated and didn’t get much sun. Look closer when you book. There are multiple buildings, just an FYI. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

This was my fourth time in GC, but first time not staying in a resort. The property was beautiful and spacious. We stayed with family and friends including our 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. The condo had everything we needed and more. There were games for all ages, books, a cooler a Bluetooth speaker, etc. The property managers were great beach was beautiful. Loved that we were so close to the grocery store. Will definitely stay here again when we come with friends and family!

If you’re looking for a relaxing and upscale Grand Cayman experience, this is the place. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Having beach club access at Boggy Sands Club made the trip unforgettable—perfect swimming, great food and drinks nearby, and excellent views from the beach and roof top deck. Everything about this rental was easy and stress-free. This condo truly enhanced our vacation, and we’re already planning to coming back!Property management and Conceirge service outstanding! We had a friend on Day 1 that was there to help and answer questions at all times. Exceeded all expectations!!

This is a lovely facility with its own beach just 100 yards down the road. There is also a pool on the premises with a second pool about to open. The staff is very helpful, checking in each day to see if they render help in any way.There is also a large grocery store within easy walking distance, with a DQ and a very good restaurant in the same area. Very convenient.
