This charmingly renovated century home boasts of a state-of-the-art kitchen and modern bathrooms. It is just off the Interstate and in the heart of historic Grandview, less than 20 min from downtown Kansas City, sports complex, shopping, and the best BBQ in the USA. The Songbird House sleeps up to 14 guests and features a unique music/game room for creating musical memories with your friends/family and all the amenities you’d expect in a home away from home, no matter how long you plan to stay!
The space
Modern finishes. The main level features a King primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and queen bedroom, Living, Dining room, kitchen, office, laundry, and powder room. The upper level features the music/game room with two large bean bags that each convert to queen beds to sleep 4 as needed, a 70" smart TV with an Xbox Series X and other board games, another full bath, a queen bed room, and large room with 4 single twin beds. The back porch features a hammock and outdoor seating.

One of our favorite parts of traveling is experiencing different cultures - the food, the city, the people. We hope to bring the unique Midwest (USA) experience to our VRBO guests. There are many unique and fun things to experience in the Kansas City area. Food- We are famous for the best barbeque around as well as some of the best local restaurants in the nation! Attractions - We are only 2 minutes to the highway, 15 minutes to the famed KC Chiefs/Royals stadiums, historic downtown, a thriving music/arts district and SO much more!

The Songbird House is located in downtown historic Grandview, MO in a very peaceful and scenic neighborhood. Walking distance to great coffee shops and eateries and a 30-second drive to the Interstate making everywhere in the metro area accessible within minutes.
What makes this property unique
We are a family of musicians who see music as a means to bond, connect, and have fun. So we wanted to create a space for guests to do the same. The Songbird house features a music room that houses an acoustic guitar, a cajon, and a full-sized keyboard as well as a 70" TV connected to an Xbox X for fun and games. When not in use as a music/game room, it converts to double queen beds for sleeping up to 4 people! This house is a must-see!
