Offering 3BD / 3 BA, this condominium has a spacious kitchen which features stainless steel appliances including a flat cook top stove, granite countertops and slate flooring that carries on into the dining area, entry and hallway. There is seating for eight at the dining room table with additional room at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 47" LED HDTV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace and access to the private deck with electric grill. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a King size log pole bed, a ceiling fan, mountain views and a renovated en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a ceiling fan and a renovated en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. This condominium enjoys partial mountain and valley views.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley - yet is only minutes from all the action. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property. Fun little getaway

The property was great! We enjoyed the hot tubs and pool. There was plenty of space for our party if 5. The only issue was having to walk two flights of stairs to get to the unit, which was difficult for my disabled mom and husband, but we made do. I do not recall seeing that in the rental description.

Excellent accommodation, excellent shuttle

The property was sparkling clean and the perfect space for our group of 8. The shuttle service and all employees of The Ranch our group dealt with were absolutely amazing! Having the one car garage allowed our vehicle to not be subject to snow accumulation and the shuttle took us wherever we needed to go the whole week we were there (all within their boundary limits) so we didn’t use our car once. This place cannot be beat! The balcony was the perfect spot to watch the NYE display on the mountain. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make full meals. It was also so nice to have a washer and dryer available to us. The hot tub is a close walk and helped us relax after long days on the mountain.

Great experience all around

We had a group of 5 here for an extended weekend and everything was great. Clean accommodations, Great hot tub areas, and the nicest part was that during the day, you could walk out to the nearest street, and shuttles would be parked, waiting for the sight of people holding skis to pickup and bring to the hill.
