This lovely Walk-out/ski-in condominium offers walk-out patio with direct access to skiing and summer hiking and biking trails. The 1 BD / 1 BA condo has been tastefully remodeled and offers everything you need for a perfect trip to the Mountains! Enjoy the open living space with cozy gas fireplace and flat screen TV, full kitchen with gorgeous cabinetry and granite countertops. The pocket doors that close off the bedroom can be opened to create one large flowing space, and you’ll get to enjoy the fireplace from bed! SC290 is located on the ground floor corner of the building, amazing light from extra windows and beautiful views of the resort, not to mention being a little more private as the entry is off the patio and not a shared hallway.

PLEASE NOTE: Storm Meadows 100 building is located on a hillside, entered from the parking lot on the 5th floor. The elevator only services floors 4 - 6. Stairs must be taken to access the slopes and hot tub.

Storm Meadows I at Christie Base is located directly off the Right-O-Way beginner's run at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests can easily access the slopes with a short walk from the property. At lunchtime or day's end, guests can ski or snowboard right back to their building.

This convenient property offers views of the ski slopes and south Yampa Valley., and is located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres-ski activities, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Relish a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of indulging in Steamboat's legendary powder or other winter adventures.

This hillside building is entered from the parking lot on the fifth floor. The elevator services floors three through six. Stairs to the first level provide access to the slopes and hot tub.

During summer, enjoy the easy stroll along the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat Springs' splendid summertime surroundings.

Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. Relaxing Stay

Booked for our anniversary. We liked the ground unit. Easy to find unit if you read directions with keys. Very quite and clean. A couple of miles from downtown Steamboat. There are shuttles, but we didn’t mind driving. Would deffinayely book again.

Steamboat Quaint Condo

The small one bedroom Condo was very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed being in the heart of the ski area. This is a walk out, ski in and not a ski in ski out. The walk out to the slopes is at least 300 to 400 feet, so be aware that it is a long uphill walk out to the slopes. The ski in is very easy. I would recommend this to younger skiers with the fitness for the walk, but definitely not for seniors.

location confusing

Hard to find condo and hard to find room in the condo. Walked around with skis in tow quite a bit to find our room. Later found a map of the room layout buried in our welcome folder that was not pointed out to us. Only access was from outside which was not clear up front. Condo was smaller than anticipated. Everything else was great. Condo was clean, well equipped and ski in ski out was great.

The WiFi listed in pamphlet was not an option to choose from. So no WiFi for the weekend. Went to office at 8 am Saturday am to tell them no WiFi and we had no bedding for the sofa. They said they would take care of it. Ended up with No bedding and no WiFi.

No Wifi. Called and the desk said they would send a tech. 3 days and no tech my wife works remotely. The condo is not ADA at all. The description does not say stairs were involved. My wife is disabled to the point where she was literally crying by the time we got to the room. Finally. Do not go to Steamboat when there’s a soccer tournament. We were literally inundated with 50 people outside our condo on Saturday night. They took our patio furniture, monopolized the bbq and hot tubs. We called the front desk and security but was told that it’s soccer week and that just happens. We will not come back and recommend all of our friends on social media not to patronize your management group. In all my years of renting properties I have NEVER been so insulted. I want nothing from your group. No reply is necessary. Dale Becker

Steamboat ski weekend

My friends and I loved everything about this property. Our favorite part was the proximity to the slopes and being able to come back for a break at lunch and sit by the fireplace.

Nice weekend getaway

Super well-done remodel of the unit—it is definitely very cumbersome to get to the actual unit and parking was sort of scarce on Labor Day weekend, but it was so private and nice! The property management company, Mountain Resorts is very communicative. We’d actually consider buying a unit in Steamboat because they were so helpful and the unit was well taken care of :)
