House Mom Experience: This service allows you to experience the typical domestic service in Costa Rica, and goes beyond a traditional Housekeeping Service. The house mom will take care of your breakfast preparation every day. (Ingredients must be ordered thru our concierge in advance and are not included in the rental price.)

Grocery List Service: We will be happy to shop groceries for you prior to your arrival and during your stay if you need it.

Las Catalinas Toiletry amenities: An echo and local line of products is available in every bathroom of the home and can be replenished at any time.

This Villa is located in Las Catalinas, a walkable beach town on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. The house has six bedrooms including two masters, a bunk room, and a guest house. There is ample outdoor living space in two covered loggias, a private courtyard garden and pool, an office/library, and the coolest dining room you have ever seen complete the package. It is perfect for a large family, or for two families to share, or for a group of friends.
Outside the door you will find yourself beachside in Las Catalinas in a beautiful and engaging environment of pedestrian-only streets, gardens, and plazas.

Delicious food and good times await at Plaza Mercado just down the beach, and the Pura Vida Ride outfitter shop will get you going on stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and outdoor adventures of all kinds. The town is surrounded by beautiful nature and recreation opportunities both on land and at sea.

Las Catalinas is only 45 minutes from the Liberia airport and conveniently close to other resources on the Guanacaste coast such as Playa Flamingo, Tamarindo, Play Grande and Sugar Beach.
