Coastal Paradise at Marina Villas

This meticulously designed villa offers a high-end experience, thoughtfully adorned with a coastal/tropical-inspired decor for the ideal Caribbean experience. Depending on traffic, we are located about 90 minutes from the major airports and 15 minutes to downtown Ocho Rios and surrounding attractions. The villa is in a secure, gated community within Drax Hall Estates. On the beautiful rooftop deck, absorb the breathtaking ocean views, stargaze at nights, or enjoy a relaxing meal, whatever you need for the perfect getaway.

The Space
The space includes an open concept kitchen (fully equipped), dining and living space. The primary king sized bedroom suite includes a private bathroom with a free standing tub and shower. There are three other queen sized bedrooms, one of which includes a private bathroom along with an work set up--an adjustable standing desk with a television that doubles as a computer monitor.

Guest access
Our guests will have full access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining spaces, kitchen, laundry room and the external common area amenities: Shared pool, beach, beach chairs, cabanas, kids playground, basketball and tennis courts.

Parking space for one car available in the driveway.

Other things to note
Key house rules: No smoking. No parties. No pets.

No overnight parking allowed on the streets of the Marina Villa community.

Dryer works well but is a bit noisy.

There is a gym next to the pool area; some of the gym equipment is currently being repaired.

The beach is currently under maintenance to correct the recent eruption of large stones. We recommend wearing water shoes.
Security requires the names of all guests ahead of time; photo Identification must be presented upon request by the security team when you enter the complex.

As with most Caribbean islands, intermittent power disruption may occur, typically for a few minutes.

Located in Draxhall Estates, depending on traffic, the villa is only six minutes drive from RIU hotel resort, 10 min from Dunns River Falls and Dolphin Cove, 15 mins to Turtle Beach, Downtown Ocho Rios and 25 mins to Puerto Seco Beach and various amazing restaurants.
