This is our third stay at Coco Breeze Villa. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Providencialies. Gorgeous home. Amazing location…right in Grace Bay. Don’t hesitate to book a stay. You’ll thank us later!

Our stay was wonderful. The unit had everything we needed and had more space than we expected. Each of our teenage children had their own bedroom and their own bathroom, which was perfect for our family of 4. The pool and backyard were perfect and we loved jumping in each day after a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo! It was easy to walk to many restaurants, bars, shops, and the public access points to the beach. The condo was super modern and clean and had everything we needed! We used the 4 beach chairs daily. It was also very easy to communicate with the owner / manager. Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo with our family!

The house is gorgeous, modern, bright and worked perfect for our two families of 7 travelers. Bikes, beach chairs, pool, towels all worked great. 2 rooms with ensuite on 2nd floor, 3rd floor had a room with bath and office area with pull out sofa and half bath. Kitchen is beautiful and have everything you need to cook.. eventhough we did not😂. Just wished we could have stayed longer. Communication with Russ was immediate and excellent and accurate. Great host! Definitely would stay again in future trips to TCI.

Great birthday week in Turks

This was our second trip to Turks and first with my family. This property was located in the heart of grace bay and super convenient to all the amenities of the area. The property was very accommodating and very clean. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay and the owner was very communicative to all of our requests. It is less than 5 mins of everything you need. Highly recommend.

Home away from home !

If you’re thinking about booking this villa don’t think just do. Definitely exceeded our expectations! The property is gorgeous and clean ! Had everything we needed plus more to feel comfortable and have an enjoyable time. I stayed here with my friends and we agreed that this is on our list to stay in the future. The host and property manager were super kind and accommodating. The communication was perfect from start to finish. Thank you for an amazing stay.
