John was super helpful and very punctual, pur stay was great there are several nice restaurants and even a small store to buy goods if needed only a few minutes away. Beautiful pool area and a beach. The room came well stocked for potable water. And ready to use. When coming back to cebu would definitely rent again

very poor location - condo was clean and OK

Location was not as advertised : beach was only accessible if a large fee was paid: there is 1 swimming pool - not 4 : area has been destroyed by a typhoon within the last year so there is nothing close to the unit : no restaurants , no stores of any type : its a 1.5 km walk through a ghetto to get anywhere: the condo it self was clean and Maricis- our contact person , was exceptional: in general , the area has nothing to offer and the condo was vastly overpriced for the area it was in.

Dear Paul ,Maricris informed you of the many different options of transportation available to you to and from the condo such as motorbike rental, car rental , Taxi or grab ride share. YOU chose not to use any of the options made available to you. This was not our fault . WE NOW HAVE 2 MOTORBIKES AVAILABLE TO ALL GUEST FREE OF CHARGE There are many restaurants in the area you could have gone to for dining. Steak house , Japanese ,Thai and Filipino food within 3 to 5 minutes from the condo . Most even have delivery service . We DO HAVE 4 POOLS available to guests . One pool is free of charge, the other three have a small entrance fee . Maricris also offered to escort you to the beach next door which has even a small entrance fee OUR PRICE is below any other unit in the complex or nearby resort projects. We feel rating us one star was very unfair . I personally did not get one complaint from you during your stay . If you would have contacted me I could have resolved all you issues

Nice quiet area with good lodging

The apartment/condo is in a development with two other properties. It is the third in order from the ocean, but those staying at Mirada have access to the others and is literally just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The unit was nice as were the owners. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to have a relaxing beach vacation for a reasonable price.

Great place. Edward was very responsive.

Very clean and neat. I was there on business. The rental is fairly new. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars: the kitchen was missing bowls, a can opener and a cork screw. Edward was very responsive. He was working on the kitchen stuff when I left. The building itself is functional if not swanky. I never made it down to the resort restaurant or beach but it looked nice. Fitness area was clean and functional. I would stay there again.
