We just had a delightful stay here -the living space, bedroom and bathroom were all thoughtful, comfortable spaces with exactly what you need. Perfect for a multi-week stay in Austin. Very close to the Boardwalk, easy to walk to Congress St.

Great Location!

House is very clean & comfortable, and the hosts were wonderful. The location is great with lots of things close enough to walk to or make a short drive. Loved being able to walk down to the Lady Bird Lake boardwalk in the morning. Would stay again!

This property was amazing! I really enjoyed the courtyard, and even though there are other homes in close proximity it still felt private and secluded. Walking distance to South Congress and the boardwalk was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming Austin Retreat

This beautiful little home is meticulously kept. You can tell the owners pay attention to detail. It is within walking distance to the Lady Bird Lake Trails so you can walk to your hearts content. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay in a Great Location

We were in Austin for the first football game of the season. The location was fantastic - easy access to SoCo and the path around LBL. We received a warm welcome, along with a bowl of fruit and chocolates, English muffins and fresh ground coffee. The home is thoughtfully designed and incredibly clean. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Overall, perfect stay in Austin. Host was very easy to communicate with. I appreciate them letting us check in early. Once we arrived at the property, her father in law met us, gave us a tour as well as food/drinks. The place was extremely clean and well kept. Would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Comfy and Cozy!

This is a great location for all that you would want to do in Austin. Raymond and Christy were wonderful hosts and quick with any help you may need. We loved the close-by River Walk each morning and the fabulous museums and restaurants all around. If you go hungry in Austin, it's your own fault! Definitely a spot for a return visit!

This place suited us perfectly. Very considerately and thoughfully prepared. A little enclave with friendly, welcoming neighbours. Lots of books on a variety of interesting subjects and the house itself has an intersting history. Host was happy to advise about local activities and was courteous and charming.
