About this property

Near Airport & Beach Fully Fenced House

This is a new house built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
The space
There are 2 rooms with king sized beds, and 2 rooms with queen sized beds. Each room has 2 nightstands with a lamp and phone charging ports. There is a double sink bathroom in the master bedroom, as well as a general bathroom near the other rooms. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, S/C, q-tips, and body wash. The living room has a 65in TV and a couch that fits 6. The kitchen if fully equipped with cookware, the basic seasonings/cooking oil and ingredients for coffee/tea (Keurig and tea kettle available). The dining table sits 6 with additional 4 countertops chairs. Access to the laundry room includes detergent, softener, dryer sheets, and an ironing board/iron. The garage is empty with space for 2 cars, etc.

The house was impeccably clean. The kitchen was very well stocked as were the bathrooms. The host does a wonderful job with little extras such as make up remover wipes and q-tips in the bathroom. Absolutely, adorable little place

We came to stay here for a quick two nights before we headed out on a five day Bahama cruise. The house is cute clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Air conditioner works great beds are comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Great house convenient to JAX

The house is new and very well furnished. The owner provided every convenience (supplies) we could possibly need.....and more. The garage was very nice to have for our two vehicles. The interior was very clean and cheerful. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

Perfect for what we needed.

The home was nicely updated and deceivingly spacious. There was only two of us but a larger family could easily be comfortable there. Conveniently located, near lots of restaurants and stores. We were pleasantly surprised to find large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. We would rent there again.

Good stay in Jacksonville

The house was very nice and the layout was ideal for my family of 4. The location was close to grocery stores, a few fast food options and highways(I-295 and I-95) as well as being roughly 5 minutes from the airport. The host was extremely helpful and prompt to respond. The absolute best part about the home is the close proximity to the best seafood restaurant that I have had in a while(New Berlin Seafood Co.). Good visit overall.

The house was clean and very well kept . The rooms are large and comfortable. The house was stocked with soap towels if needed dishes and even garbage bags..What ever you needed was there to use if needed. The only issue I had was that the grass was high and needed to be mowed. I wished I could have enjoyed the yard and being outside with my grandson.Besides that it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean home with everything you need

Our family had a wonderful stay in Jacksonville for a wedding. It was conveniently located and was very clean!! It had everything we could possibly need. Our only complaint was we thought it had a sofa bed in the living room but it wasn’t. We ended up not needing it last minute.

Very clean and comfortable

The house was just as pictured. My family came in town for a celebration and I needed somewhere for them to stay. This wasn't far from my house and was very clean. My.family said that they were very comfortable and happy with the house. The hostess, Tatiana, was very quick to reapond to everything and was even accompdating to a last minute change.

For me very spacious. I loved the the art work. I was impressed with thr shower. Well done.

Everything was perfect. I was pleased how wel the home was supplied with what a person would need. If you forgot to bring something it was supplied. The owner thought of everuthing, well done. The bottle water and the coffee was awesome. Thank you. We my have come in August for a repeat scan for my wife. I hope we can stay there when time arrives. Very pleased.

This property is IDEAL for anyone needing accommodations in the North Jacksonville, FL area! Everything you would possibly want in a rental is provided - the kitchen is fully equipped, the entire house is spotlessly clean and the bathrooms have nice amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, tissues, etc. Will definitely rent this again when in Jacksonville.
