-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was super clean and had lots of extra amenities available. The short walk to the beach was super quick and we loved the ability to grab a bite to eat right there at the beach. The beach setup was a great perk too.

This unit was perfect for my family of 4. It provides clubs for golfing, floats for the pool and beach towels which was great since we forgot ours. We always love staying at Sandpiper Cove and would choose this rental again.

We absolutely loved this community! The pools were great, it wasn't far from the beach, AND the beach service was included. We ate at the onsite restaurant, played some golf, and I had a beautiful view while I was getting my cardio steps in. We will for sure be back!

Lots of activities, but it is a 7-minute walk to beach, not 1 minute as was describe. The rental company provides nice amenities, like reserved beach chairs and umbrellas, pickle ball and golf equipment, etc. Our condo needed some small repairs, but nothing that affected our stay.

We had a 5 night stay and loved every minute of it. The property was perfect for our family of 3. Check in was easy and the guards at the front were friendly and helpful. There are two pools in close walking distance to the unit. We could have walked to the beach, but chose to drive over and park in the private parking/beach access. The beach service was great and made our time on the beach so enjoyable. The property manager Heather was very helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond to return an item that we left behind. We are so grateful and can’t wait to return!
