Destin Gulf Front Condo - Top Floor View of the Emerald Water- Sleeps 6!

Our condo is on the top floor and our view is fantastic. Unit 716 is not a "middle stack" unit, so the view is superior to many others in the building ! This remodeled condo is direct Gulf-front at its best! The unit features brand new tile throughout, new stainless appliances and quartzite counter-tops, and a classic fresh, open look that will delight you!
NOTE: We rent in 7 day increments, with check-in and check-out on Saturday. So stays are typically one week, two weeks, etc.

Located at the ever-popular Holiday Surf and Racquet Club on exclusive Holiday Isle... a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor... View sugar white sand and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from your own living room and private balcony!

You don't have to cross the road to enjoy the surf here. Removed from US Highway 98 traffic, but minutes from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Walk or jog on Holiday Isle's two and a half miles of sidewalks, or bike through its quiet neighborhood streets. Nothing else in Destin can compare!

This one bedroom, one bath, seventh-floor unit sleeps six... with two full size beds in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The cook will find an open concept fully-equipped kitchen... with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico! Dining table seats four with two more spots at the breakfast counter. We have a 50” Smart TV in the living room and a 32" Hi-Def TV in the bedroom in case you hit a rainy day or want to watch TV at night.

NOTES: Minimum rental age 25 and is verified at check-in by staff. Our condo does not allow any pets and it is a No Smoking and No Vaping condo. Beach chair service is NOT included with our unit's rental fee, but you typically can rent for $40/day from the beach service vendor, bring your own chairs from home or buy something inexpensive locally at the nearby WalMart or Target.

Just outside Holiday Surf's door you can step into our heated pool... or take a few steps across sugar white sand to swim in the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Holiday Surf offers two tennis courts and exercise facilities onsite. Opportunities for paddle boarding, kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling, and fishing can be found along the beach too.

Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is located a little east of the 'jetties,' where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and diving. And the perfect place for the end of the day... Here you can watch a parade of boats returning from Gulf to harbor as, behind them, the sun sinks into the Gulf of Mexico.

Only a few minutes' drive will take you to Destin Harbor... home of Destin's world-class charter fishing fleet, plus sailing excursions, sunset cruises, jet ski and pontoon boat rentals, diving, snorkeling and dolphin watching trips... also, wonderful water-view restaurants and fun dockside bars. Nearby are abundant shopping opportunities... from exclusive boutiques to outlet stores, antiques, and art to sandals and bathing suits. Numerous golf courses and amusement parks are only a short drive away.

Our stay was very good. The check-in was smooth and seamless. When we got to the room, it was clean and very accessible. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. The view was awesome and the property itself was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool. We really enjoyed the area eateries (Bochamps oysters and shrimp were amazing), and enjoyed getting to know the area.Unfortunately, the fiber cable was accidentally severed eliminating wifi access. The property indicated it could be days before service would be restored. Since I was working and needed wifi for my work, so we made the decisiin to leave a couple days early.We would definitely recommended this unit to anyone looking for a quality vacation...very relaxing with plenty to do!

The room was absolutely perfect. Really enjoyed being on the balcony in the morning seeing dolphins.Frank was wonderful communicating from start to finish.Our family will most definitely stay here again.If there was any feedback, I could give to the resort it would be to get an ice maker on site.

Our 30 th Anniversary

My husband and I stayed in this condo for two full weeks. We were celebrating our 40 th anniversary, our retirements and my 60th birthday. Everything was perfect from booking to checking in to checking out! The condo its self was so very clean. We were very impressed. The owner was very easy to contact and replied very quickly. We will be staying again hopefully for two weeks again next year!!!!!

We had such a good time in Destin. The beach was so beautiful. The view from the condo was so beautiful. Being on the 7th floor, we had the best view of the Gulf of America!Our condo was decorated so cute. Everything was very clean and comfortable. What a great place. I was more than pleased with this condo! I encountered a lovely group of long term renters who welcomed me into their group. I played pickle ball daily, attended a pickle ball skills clinic, enjoyed a fish fry/ potluck attended by about 50 renters and participated in a beer tasting. And I was in a beautiful condo on a gorgeous beach!!

The perfect condo unit!

We have been staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for 20 years or more and always keep coming back. And we ALWAYS try to book this unit. The unit is really nice. Has a great view, plenty of storage, hangers, kitchen supplies, etc. The view from the 7th floor balcony of the aqua green water, and sandy white beach is awesome. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has the perfect location for all the great restaurants (and for shopping for my wife!). I just got back home yesterday and am already looking to book this unit again for next year.

The condo was super clean upon arrival. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. Frank was very communicative prior to our stay answering our questions about the condo. We loved the location and the access to the beach is super easy to get to. The pool is great and nice size. Our condo is on Holiday Isle which is a very upscale section in Destin and when you travel down Gulf Shore Drive to our condo you will pass by multi-million dollar gulf front homes which are beautifully landscaped. The aesthetic of Holiday Isle is gorgeous, beautifully landscaped and quiet, as it is off the 'main drag' of Destin. The view from our balcony is incredible !

Our fantastic direct gulf front condo offers easy access to sugar white sand beach, heated pool, tennis courts, snorkeling, sea kayaking and other water & beach activities.
