Our bathrooms come complete with hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We provide full towel sets that are of premium quality and pre-sterilized.

Kick-back and relax in our luxury common area, featuring our massive 60’’ flat screen HDTV . Designed to exude a lively and harmonious ambiance, our living room is spaciously arranged and artfully furnished. Our newly rebuilt gourmet kitchen and dining area, complete with full culinary amenities, means you can whip up your favorite home recipes while the whole family gathers around in style and comfort.

Catch up on some vitamin-D in our beautiful and brightly Backyard! Featuring a Sun-lounge and Play Area, It is the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular Southern California sunsets.

Please note that City of Anaheim has very strict Noisy Control Policy, so please be quiet during 10:00 PM--09:00 AM(QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbor. We have plenty of parking space available on the driveway, Please park at driveway. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at HomeAway/VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement. Judy was the best host. The house was perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids that thouroughly enjoyed the back yard. Close to Disney which was a plus. We will rent again.

The house was just as described. It even had extra beds and a toddler bed which was a huge bonus! The toys outside were very clean for yard toys. Our toddler was in paradise. Very happy with our stay.

There was an issue with the partially working washer. Sometimes it would work other times it was a fight. Sensory for door lock doesn't work and needs replaced or a new machine. Also towels had holes in them and were very worn. Lack of adequate utensils for cooking. We ended up buying disposable plates and plastic utensils as well as paper towels.

But prior to going the owner answered all of our questions very quickly, was very polite and professional and easy to work with. So while we can’t rate on the house, I would recommend working with this owner :)

I highly recommend staying here if you have children. There’s so much for them to do in the backyard and the owner supplies many items like strollers, high chairs, etc. The house is clean and perfect for large groups too.

Judy gets 5 Stars. Amazing, accomodating host! The home is large, plenty of parking, nice hot Jacuzzi, room for at least 16 people indoors or out and so many sleeping areas! The kids loved it. All-adult groups may find all the toys, high chairs, strollers and kid-beds distracting. It's best for a family with lots of little kids ...

Family friendly house

This is a very cozy & sweet house with 3 bedrooms, lots of sleeping areas, all the home essentials and the most charming yard for kids with a lot of toys and play structures to keep the little kids busy and entertained! Our family had an amazing time during the stay...the children played in the yard while we enjoyed the swing chair and BBQ :) The best part of it all was the host..Judy is the most amazing host. From the time we booked the trip to the time we left, she kept in touch to make sure our stay was comfortable and was extremely responsive to all our needs and questions. If you have kids and need a getaway to just relax and have fun time with family, this is house is ideal! Thank you Judy for making our stay memorable and special :)

Suited our needs

The house was a little older but there were some nice upgrades. It was clean and comfortable and we felt safe in the area. The beds were layed out different than what the pictures showed but it worked out better for us. One queen bed and a bunk bed were behind a curtain in the living area but it didn't feel crowded. It gave our group the extra sleeping space they wanted. The huge island with chairs in the kitchen was great and the kids loved the pool table. The mattresses were mostly foam which isn't the most comfortable to sleep on but for only a week it was ok. The cleaning supplies were low so we couldn't keep it up as well as we would have liked to (swiffer pads). We also purchased boxes of tissues and air freshener for the bathrooms. It would have been nice to have those there. There were lots of other amenities there though so I can't really complain. Overall the house suited our needs for our group of nine and we didn't feel crowded at all. It was very close to Disneyland which was great. Judy was good to work with and very responsive when we needed to communicate with her. We would stay there again.

Comfort and convenience

First of all, Judy was fantastic! She was so sweet and easy to work with, and met us right on time to let us in to the property and show us around the house. The house was perfect for our friend's weekend in LA. We only had 5 people, but the house could accommodate many more. The location is very convenient. It's close to the freeway and just a short drive to Disneyland. We didn't use the spa, but it was clean and inviting. The yard is well stocked with toys for the kids. The master bedroom bed was incredibly comfy! We will definitely consider coming back with the family for our next trip to Disneyland or LA. Thanks, Judy!

Nice and Clean...

The place is nice and clean and then neighbor is quite. Judy is really going out of her ways to make us feel at home. My wife is a clean freak so we left the place spotless. All the cleaning crew has to do is to do the laundry and that is about it.  Will recommend to all my FB friends.

Fantastic property in a nice quiet location and really rot our needs well. The kitchen was awesome!

Having decided to base ourselves in Anaheim for 10 days while visiting from Australia we were looking for a reasonably priced option as we were a group of 3 families totaling 11 people.
