Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed and decorated THREE bedroom townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland's trams and Disneyland's monorail. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio in this roomy, renovated townhouse.

This comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high-quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.

We have paid a lot of attention to selecting top-quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes a 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful chandeliers provide radiant light.

The Master bedroom has a queen canopy bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.

The second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.

Kids bedroom has a bunk bed (full over full) with close access to the hallway bathroom.

Fireworks can be seen from the kids' bedroom, second bedroom, dining room, and both patios.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of the home.

A washer and dryer are available downstairs inside the house.

High-speed internet and TV with extended channels are available.

We also offer one complimentary assigned parking space for your convenience.

*There are ring cameras by the entrance and patio area.

Max Occupancy in this property is 9 people including infants and daytime visitors.

Great Location

We stayed in this condo for our vacation to Disneyland. We had four adults and a toddler. It was very adequate for our needs. The location was perfect for walking to Disneyland. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Fantastic walkable location to downtown Disney. Check in was easy, parking was convenient, the kitchen was stocked, the home had plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again in the future.

A Nice Place to Sleep

We had a decent stay here. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, there were some amenities missing that we would have liked, and it turned out to be just as long a walk to the parks as it is from some of the usual hotels we have stayed in. There are also some issues with the condition of the place, e.g., holes in the walls, a broken bathroom fan upstairs, no sheets or pillows readily available for the sofa bed upstairs, broken tile, paper-thin walls, etc. The master bedroom stays much warmer than the rest of the condo. The pool was excellent. Overall, it was a decent stay for the money, but definitely wouldn't want to pay any more for it than we did. We slept great, though!

Perfect for The Disneyland Resort

Very clean, very cute, and very close. Well decorated and stocked with the essentials. The property is a short walk to Downtown Disney and the park entrances. So close, you can enjoy the Disneyland fireworks by just stepping out the front door (if you decide to leave the park early). We were all very pleased. I intend to book this property again on our next visit.

We had a great time, it was fun and very great environment. Conveniently close to the park as it said. The only stipulation I have is the photos themselves are bit untrue in their nature. The property itself was nice but the pictures sell it as a much more private area . Other than the photos being a bit deceptive, the property was well worth staying at.

Good location

These are some of the nicest people. JP was very responsive. However, while this is a great location for Disney travel, it is very dated. The HVAC did not work and was not fixed. They said they needed a new unit but I think I read a previous review stating the same issue so they should have had it fixed. Fortunately it was not too hot and we dealt with it since most the time we were at the parks. If you get what I mean from this - this location is not quite "lipstick on a pig" but it is getting there as it ages. I would suggest verifying that the HVAC unit has be replaced.

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay. Having 3 bedrooms with several bathrooms was very helpful for 3 separate couples and one child. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. It was a further walk to the Disney parks that many hotels located in the vicinity, so be aware of that when you schedule

Family trip to Disneyland

Property was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. We were close enough to come home for lunch and a quick nap to recharge and go back for night activities.The hardest thing to be honest was trying to adhere to the quiet hours. We tried but the little boys were so excited!Would love to return, thank you for sharing your home. We would love to return.

Condo is a very close walk to Disneyland! It is a little out dated. Beds are very comfortable. A few of the pictures in the listing are not of the condo. But overall a nice place to stay if you want to be close to the park.

Perfect Location

The location couldn't be better! It is an easy walk to Downtown Disney and the parks. This condo has been renovated, but the complex looks rather run-down. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities (towels, blankets/pillows, kitchen accouterments) were excellent. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer. Communication with the hosts was good! Easy check-in and check-out. The only drawback was that the floors were dirty. Swept, yes, mopped, no. Our littles had black hands and feet rather quickly as they crawled about. The bathrooms and linens were clean and fresh, however.

Disney adventure

We could not have had a better property to enjoy Disney. Easily held everyone with the three bedrooms and was a 10-15 minute walk to the gates. The property was clean and very well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.
