We made good use of this rental, it was convenient to all our family & activities. Host is very kind & quickly helpful on request. The main problem with a basement apt is that the thermostat is usually upstairs in the main house, but host was most accommodating about temperature control. We rested well here and had a nice week.
This is a basement apartment and is extremely noisy. You can hear the foot traffic and conversations as if they are standing next to you. Also it appears they were having some sort of event which made it worse.

Hi Sky, thank you for your feedback. Our listing clearly states that this is a basement apartment, so there is nothing misleading about the space. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they have any concerns, but we didn’t receive any messages from you.
We take pride in providing an accurate and comfortable experience for all our guests, as reflected in our other reviews. Nonetheless, we appreciate your stay and wish you the best.
