Cozy and Cute Studio

I loved the rental, it was perfect for a little weekend getaway and close to everything. It was clean but could have smelled better and the pillow cases kept coming off the pillows while we were sleeping, other than that, it was excellent. Also, they provided coffee and all the essentials. Konti, the host was very communicative and attentive.

Great place

The check-in and checkout process was awesome. The owner was in constant contact with me. I made them aware of an issue with the air conditioner, making noise to what they answered instantly the only problem was I could hear everything. The people did upstairs but overall great place to stay.

Nice Getaway

The property was well maintained and the property management was excellent in responding quickly to any questions/concerns. This was a small studio/efficiency with a sleeping area, kitchen area and bathroom, it was all that was needed. It was clean and comfortable in a quiet suburban neighborhood. It was close to Jax Beach and several area restaurants. The only drawback is that there was no sitting area other than the bed itself although there was several outdoor sitting areas. The kitchen had full size stove and microwave, however, the refrigerator was a small mini fridge, more of an afterthought, it served our purposes for the time of our stay.
