About this property

Xu Site, Wonderful, Comfort and Lots of Fun Weekend Family / Event

We rent by day for corporate parties, birthdays, weddings and events with rates for 50, 100 or up to 250 people. We have special packages for extended holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival with different values. We also rent for weekend with family and friends with house for up to 30 people, including 2 suites, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 rooms and balcony. Barbecue area with 2 bathrooms and swimming pool 5 x 10 m adult and 3 x 3 m child with slide and separate hydromassage with waterfall, 2 changing rooms and laundry. Dead end street where you park 50 cars.
OUR RATES ARE CHARGED PER PERSON AND BY MINIMUM DAY OF 12 AND MAXIMUM OF 30 PEOPLE.

VISTA MARAVILHOSA - Excelente para lazer e descanso

O Sítio do Xu está muito bem localizado. Tem ótimo acesso, tanto pela Castelo Branco como pela cidade de Santana de Parnaíba. Uma pequena rua de terra muito bem conservada. O imóvel atende todas as necessidades e é muito bem equipado. Tem uma vista incrível. A piscina é fantástica. Ideal para crianças e adultos. Sem falar da Jacuzzi, um espetáculo. Diversão garantida para todos! O proprietário está sempre disponível, com ótimo retorno. A caseira é muito atenciosa. Nota 10 Espero retornar em breve.

O Lugar é perfeito!!! Possui uma vista linda!! A casa estava bem limpinha, não faltou nada, é bem equipada com utensílios domésticos, a piscina e a hidro estavam bem limpinhas também, a caseira foi bem atenciosa e atendeu todas as minhas solicitações, o proprietário também foi muito atencioso, me atendeu o tempo todo desde o primeiro contato ...super gente boa!!!
