Starboard House: Cozy 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor with rear porch & dock
Convenient 2-bedroom apartment in the larger Starboard House on ground floor. Freshly renovated. Separate entrance. Beach across the road. Directly on canal.
Everything you need for 4 persons.
Bedrooms are air-conditioned, ceiling fans throughout, wifi, TV through internet. Outdoor grill, sunbeds, bicycles.
Rear porch is just steps from canal.
You will be able to use the 80 foot dock (value 75 $/day included, water and power on dock subject to a charge). Please note that you will be the only tenant in the house, the main unit will be blocked for your stay.
You could also rent the whole Starboard House with then 6 bedrooms and all amenities.

We are a German patchwork family of 10 persons from 2-70 years of age. We spend 3 months every year here in paradise. For the rest of year the house is available for rent.
Why they chose this property
Quiet neighborhood close to beach (right across the street) and direct on canal. Boater´s paradise. Safe and clean environment.
What makes this property unique
This property has the largest dock for boats up to 55´and has 6`water depth at low tide. Very short accesss to ocean.
