This newly remodeled three-story home (with elevator) boasts over 6,800 square feet of luxury waterfront living - the perfect vacation. Sitting right on a deep-water canal in Holiday Isle, you'll enjoy direct access to Destin Harbor and Crab Island, and you'll be less than a mile from the sugar-white sand beaches of Destin. You'll find outdoor living at its finest, with over 6,000 sq ft of decks, patios, docks, and a beautiful pool with a shallow wading area/lounge. You'll also enjoy added perks like a private eight-seater golf cart, kayaks, bikes, pool and beach gear, exercise equipment, billiards, Ping-Pong, and game tables for endless at-home fun. A 38-foot boat slip plus 60 feet of canal-front docking (with power and water hook-up) is available for private moorage during your stay.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
