Make yourself at home! This condo boasts new furnishings, and there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent! This condo is located in a very popular complex on Horseshoe bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam strip and Osage Beach. Guests enjoy access to a lakefront pool, clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub, playground, tennis court, basketball court and private boat launch.

The living room features a couch, cozy reclining chair, electric fireplace, a flat screen smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony.

Bedroom
The bedroom features 2 queen-sized bed, nightstand, a dresser, and a flat screen smart TV. There is also a nice closet with hangers for extra storage space.


Bathroom
The bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo

Outside
This unit is located in very close proximity to the outdoor pool at the complex! Out of the waterfront deck you will find an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ grill for your use. Down at the community dock, there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent for $35 per night.

Right above the condo is a gas station that hosts lots of things you may need during your stay. It is also a short 10-minute drive to Hy-Vee. There are many great restaurants close as well.
Guest access
Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out.
Other things to note
Please note, if you have more than 4 guests there is a $10 per person per night fee for the extra people up to 6 people max! will automatically calculate this for you at booking, so please ensure to book for the exact amount of people you plan to have stay. If you show up to the condo with more people than what you booked your reservation will be in violation of our house rules and you could be asked to leave immediately.

The boat slip is $35 per day extra. If you want to book the boat slip please let me know at booking so I can send you a request to collect this fee

Check out is 10am. Please leave the space close to how you found it. If you don't mind, please start a load of laundry, just sheets. All other dirty laundry please leave in the laundry basket.

Nostalgic

Stayed at Southwood shores many years ago with the family and would always go for Fourth of July. It was nice to come back even if it was just a short weekend getaway. Very nice condo with a great view. Super clean. Will definitely be back.

Family vacation

Everything was wonderful except for checking in! Nothing was EVER Mentioned about a code we needed to get into a gate to get to our condo. Complete chaos and scary I wasn’t going to get in, couldn’t get ahold of Anyone and Not even my Host. Thank goodness for a security guard that night who showed up and helped me get in. I have NEVER had a host ignore me when reaching out! Very disappointed
