Luxury family home in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Bluegrass
The Clark house is a perfect family getaway close to Downtown Danville and Centre college. It embodies the warm elegance and beauty of the Bluegrass region. It is in a safe , quiet neighborhood. There are 3 separate living areas with 2 fireplaces and a wonderful master suite with private living area, dressing room and separate bathroom. The main floor also has a bedroom with twin beds for kids with a separate bathroom. The main living area has access to a large deck with a gas grill. The kitchen with its own dining area is joined by a large dining area with a table that seats 10 people. The kitchen walks out into the 2 car garage. The second floor has a private entrance with access to a outdoor garden and patio area. The living room on that floor has a gas fireplace and exercise equipment with a double bed. There are two big bedrooms with queen beds and a big closet. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower and tub. It’s a wonderful space for a family get together or just a bit of luxury.
