Beautiful, 2 story home 4 Bed 3 Bath in approximately 3000 square Ft. Formal Dining room. Family Room and kitchen area with stainless steel appliance. Open floor plan concept with 77 inch OLED TV, perfect for watching tournament coverage. Home offers WIFI internet. Upstairs is the Master bedroom has a King adjustable bed and 65 inch smart TV and one sleeper sectional in the sitting area, with large private bath with separate granite vanities. There are two additional bedroom (upstairs), one with King bed and the other one with queen bed and one futon that share the second full bath with two separate granite vanities. The four room (first floor) with full bath has a Queen bed, flat two screen TV. Our covered back porch offers seating area, TV hung over the wood burning fireplace. New in ground pool, Hot tub and grill. Less than 5 miles from Champion Retreat. Restaurants and grocery shopping are 5 minutes away. No garage access is available.
