Holiday House 'The Window on Cortona' is in a unique panoramic position, surrounded by a large olive grove on the hill in front of Cortona, which is 5 minutes by car. You will be impressed by the panoramic views that can be enjoyed from the windows of living rooms and bedrooms!
A beautiful salted pool is right few meters from the house, fully available for the guests, surrounded by olive trees and with an Amazing view on Cortona.
The Window of Cortona, is on 2 levels + attic and is composed by:
- First level: large living room fireplace and mezzanine, overlooking a large garden and olive grove, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms
- Second level: living room with fireplace and sofa bed, overlooking a large garden and olive grove, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom
- Attic: a studio space / playground + 2 single beds and a sofa bed
Both levels have large outdoor spaces characterized by peace and privacy with tables, chairs, umbrellas and barbecue.
The 2 levels can be divided becomuing 2 fully independent apartments.

Ein traumhafter Rückzugsort mit Blick auf CortonaDas Haus liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Landschaft bis hin nach Cortona. Das riesige Grundstück ist uneinsehbar und bietet absolute Privatsphäre – perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen.Der Naturpool ist ohne Frage das absolute Highlight und fügt sich wunderbar in die Umgebung ein. Für uns war das Gesamtpaket ein echtes Preis-Leistungs-Highlight.Die Zimmer sind einfach und eher ursprünglich, aber vollkommen ausreichend und funktional. Besonders positiv: Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes, modernes Bad – das hat uns wirklich gefallen.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt, dass hier auch gerne gekocht wird. Dazu gibt es mehrere schöne Terrassen, auf denen man je nach Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten findet.Restaurants und Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar – also auch praktisch gut gelegen.Fazit: Kein Luxusresort, aber ein wunderschöner, stimmiger Ort mit viel Charme, Ruhe und allem, was man braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
