Modern East Nashville home with room for all! 5 bedroom 3 bath , with wet bar and bonus room downstairs. Enjoy the sunset at Shelby park, or on the back deck enjoying the massive yard. 15 min Uber to Nissan Stadium or Broadway. Fiber internet connection, perfect for Netflix or Zoom calls.
The house is fully equipped with Fiber WiFi, 2 TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and HBO BYO-LogIn . We can work with your group for special requests to make your stay perfect.

We are equipped with 24/7 motion-activated Ring cam that captures audio and video, exclusively monitoring the front door and surveillance camera in backyard to ensure your safety while respecting your privacy indoors.
I tend to take a hands off approach as the space is totally yours. However, if you need anything, I am quick to respond via Airbnb and someone is always nearby in case of emergency.
This home is located minutes from all Nashville has to offer. A quick Uber to Downtown or Nissan Stadium, with multiple dining, coffee or drink options a short walk away.

Long weekend

Stayed 4 nights & the property was great. Nice location & neighborhood. Close drive to downtown & main attractions. Eric (property manager) was very attentive. He made the check in & departure process very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nashville house

We absolutely loved the house. It was in a nice neighborhood and it was close to downtown. The only issue we had was the water was a little cold for a shower.

Fabulous

My company was in Nashville to attend a convention. Me, my husband and coworkers stayed in the home and it met all our needs. The home was cleaned and well stocked. Communication with Eric was easy he answered almost immediately. We will be returning next year for the same convention I hope this property is still available.

Great house for family vacation

There were 8 of us family members who stayed in the house - 3 pre teen and teenagers. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. This house was great for our trip!
