We had a great stay. Thank you.One small suggestion. With the ability to sleep so many people, the comfortable seating in the living area is very small. Having enough comfortable seats for people to watch a movie would be appreciated.

Nashville visit

Went to Nashville for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had a great stay at Eric’s place and would highly recommend. He was very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need.

Nashville house

We absolutely loved the house. It was in a nice neighborhood and it was close to downtown. The only issue we had was the water was a little cold for a shower.

Fabulous

My company was in Nashville to attend a convention. Me, my husband and coworkers stayed in the home and it met all our needs. The home was cleaned and well stocked. Communication with Eric was easy he answered almost immediately. We will be returning next year for the same convention I hope this property is still available.

Close but far

Very nice neighborhood set far enough away from the hustle bustle of downtown, but still close enough to enjoy it.

Excellent property for groups and great location between downtown and Music Valley.

This home is spacious and very clean. The location is excellent for exploring all of the fun things in Nashville. I would highly recommend this property for groups. We had 9 in our party and the home was a great place for resting and getting ready for the day.
