Niamh and Frank’s home was more beautiful and comfortable than we could have hoped for. It was a memorable destination on our trip rather than just a place to sleep. Impeccably clean, thoughtfully appointed, and stunning surroundings. Thanks from this New Jersey crew for a sense of peace and relaxation we didn’t know was possible!

We had the most wonderful stay! The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed. The views are stunning and we loved walking to the beach and seeing all of the sheep and cows. The kitchen is amazing and we cooked with the grill outside. Also loved that we could do laundry! We had the best time and would love to return to this amazing house during our next trip to Dingle.

Irish Family Trip

Our extended family visited Ireland from the US and we stayed in Dingle for a week. The house is so charming and Dingle Peninsula is beautiful. We had two kids from age 8-12 who adored exploring the nearby beach. We all loved the scenery and the animals around the house. The kitchen and deck are very comfortable for a large group and the amount of bedrooms works out great. We loved our stay and would rent here again! Huge fans!!

Great Home in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay in Dingle during Thanksgiving week. The home fit the 12 of us nicely and was just as advertised. The showers were nice and warm after our polar plunge at Kinard Beach which is a short walk down the road. It's an easy ride into Dingle even at night. I highly recommend the home!

Best of the best!

We had the most wonderful time at Niamh’s house! It was perfectly appointed and just as described. Minutes walk to a nearly private beach and 10 minutes to Dingle. We hope to return again as it was an ideal property! Don’t hesitate to book this site!

Family trip

Overall a lovely property. Would be helpful if more than one stove burner was functional, and you must inform customers that water tank on dryer needs to be emptied periodically, to function properly.

Family Celebration

Our whole family was thrilled with our stay at this beautiful home on the dingle peninsula. The surroundings were beautiful. A short walk to a beach provided limitless entertainment for the children. There was plenty of space for sleeping, watching a movie or reading. The location was a short drive to the town of dingle.

Yes its great to be so close to the beach and the views are magical. Guests do love the large garden and all the views from the house itself. Its wonderful to be out in peaceful nature and yet so close to Dingle with all its shops, bars and restaurants...all just a short drive or an easy cab ride away. Thanks again Gail best wishes Niamh and Frank

A Beautiful Last Visit to Dingle

Getting too old to travel, but wanted to show children and grandchildren one of my favorite places on earth. We stayed in this beautiful house that was replete with every convenience and glorious views...all we could have desired. We visited every ancient site in the area, hiked up hills, fished in Dingle Bay and returned to the comforts provided by the kind and helpful owners....this will always be part of my best memories of Ireland.

Great House

We had a great time at Niamh and Frank's place. The house is spotless and very spacious. We had a party of 13 people and the house was plenty big enough. It is in a remote area in Kinard west and only 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, also less than a 10 minute drive to the mighty Dingle, we would happily return.

Hi Gary We are so delighted that your large group enjoyed your stay in this house so much and found it so comfortable and spacious. Yes the surroundings here are wonderful...peaceful and tranquil. Its such an easy, short drive into Dingle town centre and its great that there are cabs so easily available too. Guests really do get the best of both world here...the jaw dropping beauty of the immediate countryside and beach, as well as such easy access to all the great amenities in town. It really makes for a truly wonderful holiday to suit everyone. Thanks again Best wishes Niamh and Frank

Group stay near dingle

Property had lots of rooms so good for our group but had issues getting hot water. There were some tips on how to get it longer but considering the number of people we registered for hoped that would be taken care of before we got there. Water would airlock so had to turn it off and wait couple of times. Quiet area so enjoyed the peace

Hi Sindura Thanks very much for your review. We had no idea that there was an issue with the hot water and we really wish that you had told as we would've had someone straight over to fix it. It should not have been like that. It has now been fully fixed. We're glad that you enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the peace and tranquility of the area. Many thanks again Best wishes

A dream vacation in Dingle Ireland

We arrived at the lovely house in Dingle, a family of 10 people. The house is very spacious and comfortable, a spacious kitchen that is enough for everyone. The house is clean and tidy, surrounded by vegetable lawns, and not far from it is an spectacular beach. The hosts were charming and available for anything and everything. We had a lot of fun. We will surely return. Highly recommended.

Kinard Home Away From Home

Needs met and wants exceeded. Great home for 5+ people. Our second time staying on the peninsula and this was a great home for us. We only wish we had more days at home relaxing and walking to the beach! Touring can be exhausting and it was great to have a lovely home waiting for you in a quiet neighborhood where the biggest bother is a cow mooing or one of the neighborhood dogs popping in for an ear scratch. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic time at Dideon house in Dingle. We enjoyed the breathtaking views out the kitchen area every morning. We loved taking walks to the beach and around the area. The house was perfect, we are a group of eight friends and there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us, we spent most of our time in the beautiful kitchen area though, looking out at the fantastic views. Thank you Niamh and Frank for sharing your lovely home with us and for making us feel so welcome! Thank you for the wine , chocolates and flowers as well! We are sad to leave, but know we will definitely be coming back.

Spacious family home

Smooth booking, cot and highchair provided as requested. Great kitchen and dining space with plenty of lovely kitchenware. Heating and hot water easy and preset. Beach near the property was lovely (need to go over slippy rocky pathway to access but kids and adults could do so). Views from house were mountains, green fields and farm animals, very peaceful. No one else on beach except the lovely dog who guided us. About 10 min drive to Dingle which has great bars ice cream shops, restaurants, aquarium and boat trips.

Spectacular Vacation Home

This beautiful vacation home on the Dingle peninsula was all that we hoped for and more. The home itself was warm, inviting, large enough for our extended family of 13, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Its location was perfect: a close walk to an awesome beach, a short drive to the delightful town of Dingle, and with a spectacular pastoral setting. The grandkids were delighted with all the play room and walks to the ocean, and the adults could sit on the deck or inside with a view to watch the kids while drinking coffee or reading a good book. Niamh was a wonderful person to work with regarding rental. This is definitely a vacation home we would highly recommend……one of our favorites that provided us with lots of memories of a vacation of a lifetime.

Hi Thanks so much. We are delighted that you and your extended family enjoyed it all. Groups such as yours always feel that the house is so spacious, comfortable and welcoming. We often have large family groups of 3 generations creating memories of a lifetime here...so we are glad you have such wonderful memories of your special time here, to cherish forever. The house is very comfortable and its great to be able to call large cabs (mini-buses) out to the house if required for larger groups or to go on wonderful tours of the area from here. It really has everything you need on vacation, so thanks again for appreciating that! Best wishes, Niamh and Frank

Idyllic home on Dingle peninsula

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Didean. The owners are welcoming and attentive. The house is immaculate and well appointed. It is also located very near a secluded beach that we walked to daily. We had more than enough room for 6 adults for the week and made good use of the extra fridge. The town of Dingle is nearby and idyllic. We enjoyed discovering the many restaurants and pubs. The Dingle peninsula is a great vacation spot with natural beauty and so much to offer. The trip to Great Blasket Island is rugged but not to be missed. We also enjoyed a wonderful day in nearby Killarney National Park. I only wish we had more time to explore the Irish countryside! We will definitely stay at Didean in the future.

Dingle Gem

Wonderful home just outside Dingle and near the ocean(5 min. walk). Everything was great for our stay of 3 nights. All the bedrooms are comfortable…the 2 upstairs can be a little warm if the weather is sunny but big windows allow for plenty of airflow. Kitchen fully stocked for almost any cook. Enjoyed the outdoor deck especially to sit outside for morning coffee. Small charcoal grill cooked up a batch of steaks one evening. Great location with easy access to Dingle and the whole Dingle Peninsula. Directions to get there are great. Using the Lat. and Long. got us right to the front door on our Maps App. Communication with the host quick and easy. Make sure to bring your own toiletries…only handsoap provided in baths. Overall excellent and would stay here again.
