Nestled behind a gate. Views from the Bay Bridge to the San Mateo Bridge and mountain views. On a clear day you'll be able to see the Golden Gate Bridge behind the SF skyscrapers. Quiet, secure, and private. The closest neighbor is the main house, 200 feet away. Studio built in 2020 with large marble island, kitchenette & cookware, marble countertops, comfortable bed, desk, table, and new multi-level deck. BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking. No smoking of any kind. No parties/events. No unauthorized guests/visitors. No pets. Thank you for considering staying.
