INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Longbeach stay

Panhandle Getaways were awesome in communicating with us. We had a fabulous stay and the unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Due to the hurricane coming our way, we did leave a day early and Panhandle communicating with updates daily. Will definitely stay with them again.

Labor stay visit

Our stay was just what we expected. We have stayed at lomg beach resort several times. Its the place to stay. Beachfront rooms, easy access, close to a nice restaurant, (Pimeapple Willie's). All was good until a maintenance guy shows up to fix a toilet and busted the wax seal before the last night. Making that toilet inoperable. All

The room was nice but floors were filthy, had to call to get a broom & dust pan which they brought quickly…called about tvs not working never did get fixed. Knew about construction but it was said the 2 smaller pools would be closed while there but the main pool would be open but half of it was roped off,found out it’s been like that for a month and a half before we arrived, disappointing. Should have been notified before we arrived. Couple of tips for owners ,instructions on how to work tvs, a safety bar for tub/shower, it’s a big step in and it can be slippery. Something so simple as some window cleaner would be nice to supply .
