Long Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior renovations and repairs. While we do not expect major disruption to your stay, there may be construction noise during working hours, hammering, chipping, grinding, and other work-related sounds. There will be limited amenity access as outlined.

• Work Hours: Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM (Sundays only if needed)
• Parking: No front row parking
• Seasonal Perk: This unit includes free beach chair service (March 1 – Oct 31)

• East Pool: OPEN (Pool & Hot tub between Tower 1 and 2)
• Center Pool: OPEN
• West Pool: CLOSED (Pool & Hot tub between Tower 3 and 4) Expected reopening around April 17, 2026.
Beach Access
• Beach Access's Tower 1, Tower 2 and Lagoon Pool, regardless of tower, you must use these 3 beach access's for your beach entry at this time.

Decorated for comfort and luxury, it features upgraded kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, custom backsplash, and planked tile flooring throughout.

The living room includes a new 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with DVD/Blu-ray player and stereo sound system. It has a queen-size sofa sleeper, loveseat, and recliner chair. The dining area features a complete table and chairs for meals or family games. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors lead to a super-sized balcony with patio seating for six, providing stunning ocean views from every angle.
This condo has two master bedrooms:
• Master 1: Grand king-size bed, two chairs, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double vanity and oversized garden tub.
• Master 2: Two queen-size beds, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double vanity and oversized garden tub.
The unit also includes a new washer and dryer. It comfortably sleeps eight guests.
