Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. The property manager is always friendly and responds quickly if we have a question. The staff on the property are always friendly as well as most of the full timers.

The condo is very specious and the view over the marina is beautiful, in addition to a perfect view of the sunset. Also love parking under the building keeping the SUV out of the weather and perfect if raining keeping you dry!

A Challenge

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During our second week we discovered that the pool and hot tub had been drained, without notification. As we had guest with us this was a challenge. Also the property was in full construction mode. Pallets of materials placed around the property, jackhammers going and trucks delivering materials. This is our first negative experience at this property. As we are regulars, we were somewhat disappointed to say the least.The Elevator in the pool area was out of order, and the hot tub when it was filled did not function correctly.

First visit to Key West

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at unit 302, building #2. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We spent much time on the lanai, both mornings and evenings. The sunsets were spectacular!We also enjoyed the pool and in the last few days of our visit, met several very nice people.The restaurants we patronized were staffed with great servers and the food and drinks were always delicious. Most fun was had at No Name Pub and Hogfish Bar and Grill. We had lunch on the miranda at Louie^s. Beautiful ocean views!The manager helped with some AC issues and was very responsive.I would recommend this property for rental.I went fishing and caught a number of fish. Most fun was the 4 pound grouper. I would have loved to bring him home and enjoy it for dinner. But, the boat captain weighed and measured the length. Unfortunately, for me, it was not the minimum to keep. However, I did catch a spotted ocean trout and it was allowable for keeping. We enjoyed it for dinner that night.

Furnishing Hidgepodge

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As the title suggest, I was disappointed with both the quality and decor of this condo. In particular the porch furnishing consisting of too much furniture, 4 bar stools that are in a poor state of repair and lean forward and 2 lower chairs that lean, precipitously backwards. We enjoyed more on the deck with this beautiful water view had the chairs been comfortable. I suggest that management sit in these chairs to see for themselves. The master shower door would not stay closed on our arrival, there were 4 clothes hangers, no alarm clock and several kitchen plates, and glasses that were cracked or broken. The cleaning crew is not doing a good job of cleaning and inspecting this unit. I did called management about the shower door, clothes hangers and alarm clock. They were prompt to repair shower door and replace the missing hangers and clock. In short without significant improves we would not rent the Boaters Dream condo again. Sunset Marina Condos has well maintained grounds, pool and great views. I would just need to rent a different condo next time.

If you want excitemnt and night life stay in town. If you want to relax enjoy the pool and go boating you would like it here. The immediate area is not the most desirable. Our daughter lives in a house boat so it was perfect for us to visit our family.
