Casa de Oso Lakefront is an ideal retreat for multigenerational families or larger groups that want to be close to all Big Bear has to offer. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to the Village, shops, restaurants, and more. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two-story home with central heating!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3200+ sq ft home with living room, game room, cinema room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, TV, beautiful wood-burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 5 bedroom, 3.5 baths. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, and bath. The upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs third bedroom has two queen beds. The downstairs fourth bedroom has queen/queen bunk beds and twin/double bunk beds. The upstairs fifth bedroom has a king bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar, six burner stove, double oven, double door refrigerator with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table. Cinema room with surround sound. Board games and card games. TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy fireplaces. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
