Ski in/ski out condo with rustic decor. The condo has 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2 baths, and a kitchen that seats 6. This three level Wintergreen condo on Burke Mountain is a retreat nestled slopeside.

It is not fancy or modern, but it is comfortable. The perfect nook for skiers, mountain bikers, outdoor enthusiasts, and families alike! Enjoy a local beer at the View Pub with fantasic views of the mountain (less than 1 mile away). 2 miles from the town of East Burke where you can grab a cup of coffee, some lunch, or just a beer!

This is a family friendly condo with lots of movies and board games to keep the kiddos entertained! The condo has WiFi, two TVs with cable and one TV/VCR for movie viewing only. Both cable TVs are Smart Roku TVs! There are also two desks on this property. There is one desk in the loft and one in the master bedroom making it work from home friendly (with a view 😉).

The condo has a wood-burning stove, washer and dryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. All utensils and linens are provided.

The master bedroom has a full bed with a Smart Roku TV. The second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for a large group or children! The living room has a futon and a Roku Smart TV + an Amazon Fire Stick. The loft has two twin beds and a small TV with VCR for viewing movies only.

The condo sleeps 7 maximum!
NO Smoking, NO Parties, NO Grills.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Amazing place.

Our friends and family LOVED this property. Had everything you could need and more to be comfortable, prepare meals, entertainment (games, tv and videos/dvds) and lots of space. Skiing is right outside the door and location is close to the small town center.

Cozy Mountain Condo

We had a great stay at this condo! The place is definitely a bit dated, but kept clean and tidy. It was quiet, well heated and the location was perfect to ski on the trails! I think the kitchen could use a deep clean (it smells like cooking oil) and the lower level primary bedroom does smell a little like dog. Otherwise thanks for a great stay!

Great communication with owner, great location. White towels were gray. Patterned sheets were worn out on areas of greatest use. Broken screen door and skylight windows which were unable to be opened - unfortunate due to very hot weather and no air conditioner. Very dark, poor lighting in all areas. Dirty shower floor. Would not stay again.

Great location for Kingdom Trails

The property was great for riding the Kingdom Trails and downhill biking at Burke Mountain (although we stuck to the Kingdom Trails). The property is a 2-minute drive into town and 5-10 minutes away from most of the Kingdom Trail trailhead parking lots. It had everything we needed for a week's vacation-good for 1- or 2-pan/pot meals like pasta and and tacos. Loved the balcony and stream out back! Plentiful dishes and towels as well, and appreciated the washer/dryer. It is rustic, but cozy. My 13-yr-old son loved the loft and we had fun playing the table-top Curling game. Keith promptly answered our many questions about local dining options and the Kingdom Trails prior to arrival. Check-in and check-out was easy! The welcome basket was a nice touch. If you're looking for other things to do in the area, go to the other end of Willoughby Lake where there's a public beach. It's absolutely gorgeous! Nice hiking there as well.

Overall the experience was good! The place is very convenient to the trails. We definitely appreciated the pancakes and maple syrup! I would consider slightly more comfortable matresses, but overall we enjoyed the Condo and wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

We are renting for the first time for the 2014-2015 ski season. I am originally from New Jersey, moved to Vermont in 1984 and currently live in the town of Sheffield. My sister and her family come to visit often, and we bought this condo together so they would always have a fun place to stay that isn't too far from my place. My niece and nephew just love it here, especially in the winter!

Why they chose this property

Burke Mountain is a wonderful family resort all year round. Kingdom Trails is well-known as a world class system of biking trails and has been voted one of the best in the USA. The condo is located on High Meadows Pass, and has excellent trail access. You can ski right up to the condo entrance!
