SPACE:
The condo includes 2 bedrooms, accommodating 6 guests. The primary bedroom offers magnificent views of Beaver Creek Mountain, a king bed, and a spacious private bathroom and closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk beds, along with a shared bathroom.

The living room is a haven of luxury with a designer pullout queen sofa bed, hardwood flooring, and expansive windows providing panoramic views. Additional features include a full-size designer kitchen, three HD TVs, air conditioning, a full-size washer/dryer, and parking space for one vehicle in the garage.

Offered to LIV8150 guests is a 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My team will have it waiting at your residence or the Eagle Airport. Daily rental rate varies by time of year. Please ask Jessica if interested.

PARKING:
Space for one vehicle per unit in the garage on Level P2. Must display a valid parking pass on the windshield. Additional vehicles may be parked at The Resort based upon availability at $100/night.

Located in the Town of Avon, at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. This condo's location is unbeatable. It sits within the Resort, with it's own Gondola steps from the front door.
