SANDY TOES AND SALTY KISSES is your own little piece of paradise! This completely updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium sleeps 4. You will enjoy the stylish decor, the king size bed in the bedroom and the queen sized sofa in the living room.

This condo is on the third floor-- high enough to enjoy the ocean views from the spacious porch but low enough to be convenient and comfortable for those who have a fear of heights! The newly renovated kitchen (2024!) is fully stocked and includes an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge and Bosch dishwasher. The living space includes a flatscreen TV, comfy queen sized sofa bed (new in 2023), two chairs for additional seating a dinette set, and new laminate flooring in 2023.. The bedroom features a king bed, dresser with a cute beach/pelican lamp, closet, nightstand, and TV., The full private bathroom includes tub/shower, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck as you take in the spectacular the sunrise views.

Guest Access:
Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m. Once you have entered the lobby go to the front desk to pick-up your 2 physical keys, (1) lobby key and (1) room key. If you are arriving any time AFTER 5:00 p.m., you will need to retrieve your keys from the lockbox outside, to the left of the front lobby door. Once you have received your keys, use the elevator inside the lobby to go to your floor. You need your lobby key to enter and exit the pool area, so make sure to always keep your keys with you.

Daytona Beach is famous for its motorsports, events, golfing, shopping. Daytona is located in Volusia County, the only county in Florida that allows you to drive on the beach! Sunglow Resort is located in Daytona Beach Shores, 5 miles south of "The World's Most Famous Beach" sign. Enjoy a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops, or pick up something to eat at Publix (2 miles) or Super Wal-Mart (3 miles). Explore the World Center of Racing in Daytona; St. Augustine, the oldest city in the US (! hour north); the Kennedy Space Center (1 1/2 hour south) or the many attractions in Orlando (2 hours). For those coming from northern cities, Allegiant Airlines flies nonstop from Sanford (45 minutes) to numerous locations, or fly directly into the Daytona Beach airport.

--The resort opens March 1, after over $4 million in renovations. The pool will still be under construction as well as the second elevator this spring. We apologize for the inconvenience.

- The concierge desk in the lobby is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
