This was the worst experience we've ever had on vacation . The condo stunk the entire time . There was a bag of old food left in a bottom cabinet and it had maggots and gnats all over it. When we contacted the host all we got was an AI response saying they'd look into it which never happened all week. The gnats were still flying all over the condo when we left. The air vents all had car air fresheners on them because they knew it drunk but never bothered to look in cabinets to see why. I never saw anybody clean the pool the entire time we were there. There was dirt sand hair and trash all in the pool. I didn't see one employee or security guard on premises the entire time we were there, not even at the front check in desk. Awful place to stay don't waste your money .

Had we been made aware of these concerns during your stay, we would have immediately dispatched our housekeeping and maintenance teams to inspect and address them. We have no record of receiving these reports beyond our automated acknowledgment, and we regret that we were not given the opportunity to resolve the issues while you were in residence. Regarding the pool and on-site staffing, the pool and common areas are maintained by the condominium association, and staffing of the front desk and security is also managed by the building rather than our company. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we have shared your comments with the appropriate teams for review. Guest feedback is important to us as we continually work to improve the experience we provide.

A GREAT STAY!

Just returned from this property in Daytona Beach Shores. We had a great stay and it is exactly as described. We arrived late and checkin was just as expected. Plenty of parking, a great view and wonderful beach. Had some good luck fishing on the pier and ate a couple of meals at Crabby Joes! Overall, everything was great!

Get away

The stay here was excellent. We accomplished what we intended to do in Florida, had a great lunch with my nephew and family and even enjoyed watching the construction workers at the parking lot for the Sunglow Pier. Have stayed here in the past and will do so again in the future.

Very nice condo

Great place

We enjoyed staying here, the place was just as described, and people were friendly. Only thing I didn’t realize was that laundry is not in each condo but on certain floors. Other than that, it was perfect for us!

Great weekend get away!!!

The property is just as described!! Even though the balcony is on the side of the building you still have a great view of the ocean! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Everyone at the building was so helpful and nice, cannot say enough. Thanks for letting us share your beach home.

Loved it

The location of this condo is perfect! The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could need during our stay. The view was great! We unfortunately checked out a little early cause of Dorian but the condo owner stayed in contact with us to make sure we were aware of the pending storm and was lovely to work with! I highly recommend it!
