Farmer Street Retreat

Welcome to the Farmer Street Retreat, your cozy home away from home nestled just two blocks away from the prestigious University of Oklahoma campus and the iconic Memorial Stadium. This charming retreat offers an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and a touch of Southern hospitality, making it the perfect accommodation for your stay in Norman.

The home has 3 bedrooms. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full size bed.

Each room has a theme based on recording artists with Oklahoma ties. The Kings of Leon Room is the Master with the king bed, the Toby Keith room has a queen bed, and the Flaming Lips room is where the full size bed is located.

The home has 1 full bathroom with shower (hairdryer is provided) and 1 half bath with washer/dryer and toilet.

The home has a fully stocked kitchen equipped with an electric stove top, oven, microwave, coffee pot, and full size refrigerator and freezer.

The living area has 2 chairs and a couch. The 65` television is a Smart TV. YouTube Television is provided, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime, and Apple TV apps are available if guest have their own login information.

GUESTS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE

Guests are welcome to park on the street in front of the house and on the paved driveway.

GUESTS ARE ASKED TO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS OR OFF THE DRIVEWAY.

Owners will be available via phone and messaging. We will not interact directly with the guests unless guests are coming to a tailgate or request our assistance.

The home is located in a University neighborhood approximately 2 blocks from the University of Oklahoma, and University of Oklahoma football stadium.

Parking is available on the street in front of the house, and on the driveway at the house. Driveway parking has room for approximately 3 cars depending on the size. PARKING ON THE GRASS IS NOT ALLOWED

If guests are joining us during a home University of Oklahoma football game, it is important to note that the homeowner reserves the yard and garage access for tailgating purposes.

Guests are welcome to join in the tailgating festivities and enjoy food, drinks and gameday atmosphere.
HOUSE RULES:

No parties or events

Quiet time: 10:00 p.m.--7:00 a.m.

Booking Guests must be 25 years of age to book the property,

No unregistered guests or visitors

No smoking or vaping inside

No Illegal substances

No pets

Please don`t re-arrange the furniture

First aid kit and fire extinguisher located in the hall closet.

We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only.

Housekeeping will take care of washing all towels and bedding. Please leave all used beds unmade and place dirty towels in showers.

There will be a $500 fine if police are called for noise complaint.

$400 fine for smoking in the home.

$100 fine for each lost or missing remote

Failure to comply with these rules will result in additional charges. Guests will be responsible for any damages or theft.
