Relax with family and friends at this breathtaking lake front home. Peaceful woodsy setting with beautiful front seat views of Swan Lake. We have updated the bedrooms, completely renovated the bathrooms and have all new kitchen appliances. A kayak and paddleboard await your next adventure. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and ice skating. Just a few minutes from the town center grocery store, restaurants, amusement parks, skiing and more. Small pets allowed, they must be pre-approved by us prior to making the reservation.

Quiet hours after 9pm outside. No trash should be left near the lake ir firepit. Do not use the accessway. It is for emergency vehicles.

Beautiful spot on the very quaint Swan Lake. The home was very comfortable and cozy with the fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The beds were were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. If you are considering a visit, don't hesitate!

Beautiful property with all the needed amenities. The fireplace, the views and the kitchen were perfect for us. The house is decorated beautifully and the beds were really comfortable. Our stay was perfect. We are very grateful. My brother lives nearby so we would definetly book again if we are in the area.

Oxford CT - Lake View

This property is on a lake with a beautiful view. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My family really enjoyed the house and everyone was very comfortable. We were so grateful that we were allowed to bring our 2 dogs. We will be back in the summer!

Wedding Weekend Getaway

I booked this house for myself and 6 friends to travel to the area for a friends wedding. The house was absolutely perfect! Everything was updated, clean and the view is stunning. We had such a great time hanging out at the fire pit, on the kayak/paddle board, and on the dock. We had amazing fall weather, which helped, but the house and amenities were what made the experience the most enjoyable. I would recommend staying here to absolutely any group of people!

I grew up swimming and ice skating on Swan Lake. When we saw this house was for salw, we jumped at the opportunity. When we are not renting it to families, our family and friends enjoy this house as well. It is our home away from home and connection to this Oxford treasure, Swan Lake.
