About this property

Beach house in quiet residential area. Panoramic views, whale watch from very large private deck and outdoor garden spaces. Renovated with new wood floors, new HVAC, quality beds and foundations for your comfort. Beautiful high end furniture throughout. Complete kitchen. Centrally located, 10-15 minutes from the airport, downtown, and most spots of interest. No parties. Primary renter must be 30 years old. Let waves lull you to sleep and wake up to beautiful vistas!

The space
The home is three bedrooms, two full baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, master has deck access. All rooms have ceiling fans and lights. Kitchen is fully stocked with gas stove, double oven, cooking utensils, glassware and quality lucite barware for outside.

Guest access
Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of the garage. You will have access to laundry which is there, however, we ask that you please respect our belongings there.

Other things to note
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet time is strictly enforced. Any complaints or infractions will result in immediate expulsion with no refunds.
