Location is 10/10! Beds are super comfortable. Host is responsive. Amenities are good but nothing above and beyond. Condo is older and it shows. If you value location and a comfy bed, this is a good choice. If you want a nicer place, keep looking.
Location was very convenient to everything we had planned so we parked once and walked everywhere. Check-in was easy and the kitchen was functional enough to prepare simple meals for a group of 7.
Excellent location with plenty of space for our large group! Check in was easy. Had a little trouble figuring out parking but all ended up fine. Would absolutely stay again!
We were within ten minutes of just about everything! Property was clean and just as described, beds were super comfy, and the communication with the host was warm and prompt. Decor was very modern and fresh, which made everything feel like a perfect mix of hotel meets homey. Definitely recommend.

Had great ratings - I think overall a 9.4. My expectations must be different for a property rated this high. Very tired and worn - carpet on stairs is very dirty, walls are beat up, broken chair in the bedroom. Not a very comfortable place to spend time as a group. We basically slept there. Near a very busy street, so a lot of traffic noise. Pictures of bed and bath accurate - common living area not su much
Loved being able to walk to Seattle Center for Space Needle, Nutcracker at Seattle Opera, Pacific Science Center, and Christmas Fair. Home served us well. Thanksgiving dinner was a bit tight with just the bar tables and small kitchen, but we still enjoyed turkey, pie, and many sides. Road noise was less of an issue than we feared with everyone sleeping well. Great place if you want to be close to Seattle Center.
Plugged up bathtub, poor curtain coverage on 3rd floor, house is very stuffy in master bedroom during heatwaves (AC unit ineffective during intense heat) and could really use some box fans.Otherwise, host was courteous. She needs to adjust QR code on welcome sheet as it gives an incorrect wifi password (it has a typo).

This is a very tired and neglected property. The only upside is that it's cheap. You get what you pay for, but, the photos really should be updated to reflect the current condition of the property. From a torn couch, to cabinet doors that are on the verge of falling off, to broken appliances (the bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken, and the doors on both the microwave and the refrigerator are broken), to very dirty carpets, stained and peeling paint, very dusty and barely functional HVAC units; this place is in desperate need of attention. There's also a substantial amount of mold in the master bathroom skylight. Yes, all-in-all, it was pretty clean, but, we were very disappointed. I absolutely do not understand how this place had recent 5-star reviews, because these issues were clearly old and had been deteriorating for some time. Please. Take this property off of the market for a couple of weeks, paint, and repair it. Please fix the furniture, please fix the appliances, and give this place some love.
