2024 Florida Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The amenities were perfect. We enjoyed the pool, slide, outdoor grilling area and hangout area under the covered tiki hut. Donna was quick to respond if we had any questions. We would stay here again for sure.

Amazing home for family!

We stayed here for a family wedding and had an amazing stay. Check in/check out was very simple and the house was perfect for our group (6 adults + 2 kids). All of us thoroughly enjoyed the pool/waterpark. Thank you!

Fun pool and clean house!

From the very start of our reservation process Mark was great. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was great. Pool was perfect! We would stay at this rental again!

Family Poolside Stay

Loved this property! We came to Ft. Lauderdale to celebrate our daughter’s doctoral graduation and brought our 3-year-old and one year old granddaughters with us. We all had a ball playing in the beautiful pool! Plenty of room for multiple couples and great host!

The pool was absolutely amazing, and Mark was great about offering suggestions of places to go. As others have said, the master bed isn't very comfortable. But we had a great time!

Everything was as advertised and the pictures were representative of the house. The pool area is awesome. Mark was very gracious and accommodating. We had ridiculous travel delays that delayed our arrival at the house from 12:30 PM to about 8:00 PM. Mark still met is at the house to welcome us and show us around. We had a wonderful stay. Rich

Amazing pool area!!

We had so much fun in the pool area!! Everything was as described and a nice neighborhood and location. Within 30 minutes for everything we did or needed. Had Publix groceries delivered right to the house and many meals delivered also. We loved the waterslide, used it so many times! The smaller jetted pool was great for our smaller children as they could touch. We had three adults, a 9, 5 and 2 year old. We all had plenty of room to spread out and really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful week in our own paradise

We stayed here for 1 week with 5 adults and 4 kids ranging from age 7 to 16. This house was a perfect place for us. We made almost every meal outside on the grill and only used house to sleep. We loved the backyard and pool so much! Kids swam from 8 in morning until 9 or 10 nightly while the adults enjoyed a few drinks and bbq. We went to hollywood beach just 20 min drive away and the house location was convenient and in a safe feeling neighborhood. Mark was just a phone call away and house had nice extras for beach including coolers,chairs, umbrella and sand toys. We hated to leave and want to be back very soon.

Perfect vacation

We came to town to visit family and this house was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was very comfortable. We will definitely check availability for this property when we come back to town every year.

Perfect vacation!

We had an absolute wonderful time! The owner reached out before and after our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The property manager was also great the one time we had a question about the pool pump, responded quickly and it was all taken care of. This home made our vacation perfect, the children never wanted to get out of the pool the whole time!

BEAUTIFUL HOME

The whole experience with our stay at the home was easy and perfect. Donna stayed in touch to make sure we made it in and had everything we needed. She even left snacks and asked about allergies. Whenever we left to explore what Florida had to offer, my girls couldn’t wait to get back to the house lol. I think we loved the backyard and pool the most.

Donna was extremely responsive :)

The house was clean and accurate to the photos. My kids loved the pool area and played on it for two days straight. The kitchen was nice and stocked with everything we needed. Overall we loved our stay here and found Donna to be responsive and easy to work with :)

Better than expected

Upon reading some of the reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect. IGNORE the negative reviews. This place is great! It’s clean, Mark I’d very nice and easy to communicate with, and the backyard…..I cannot say enough about the back yard. We will be back!
