Excellent home and location

I had a meeting at The Westin down the beach and my wife and I didn’t want to stay on property. This house was perfect for our needs and very close to the hotel! Would highly recommend!!

Excellent Home

This is such a beautiful home. It feels open and spacious. It was extremely clean and felt very homey. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The hosts thought of everything youd need and have it available. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property itself was beautiful, the neighborhood was welcoming and the hosts made the whole experience easy. They responded to messages quickly and had a lot of extra thoughtful touches in their house that made our stay great.

The home is amazing as are the landscaping and pool! The owners are very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay again. There isn’t access to the garage but they have all the beach equipment you can think of including a cart! They have thought out every detail! When there was an issue the owner addressed it immediately! They even have a box fan in the spare bedroom. I recommend this place to family’s, the adults and kids alike will love it!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My friends and I booked Brian and Ali's home for a long weekend getaway. The house was just as advertised; it was well-equipped with everything we needed, it was very spacious, and the location was perfect; just a short walk to the beach, the town center, and all the things Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. I would definitely stay here again!

Tropical Comfort in an Established Neighborhood

All your needs are met here to live like locals when visiting. Close proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants make it easy to explore, and then return to this comfortable oasis to relax and recharge for the next day. Hosts are very engaged to assist with relevant needs you may have. Highly recommend!

FL Girls Getaway

The property was just as advertised. Lovely house in a quiet, upscale neighborhood within 1.5 mile waling of Lauderdale by The Sea. Well kept, comfortable furnishing and bedding. Even the cleaning supplies were clean and well kept. Hosts were wonderful - available if you needed them. Would stay again! Thank you Brian and Ali.

Stellar accommodations!

Ali and Brian offer an absolutely fantastic home! They think of everything a family needs to enjoy Fort Lauderdale. We traveled with my children and 2 year old grandson. They provided a highchair, portacrib, plenty of beach towels and everything you need for a fun day at the beach. The outside space and pool area is inviting and offers sun and shade. The kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to returning to Casa coconut!

Casa Coconut is fabulous!

We had an incredible stay at Casa coconut. It had absolutely everything you needed right there, tons of great beach towels, and bath towels, everything you need for the beach, Sand toys for the kids, a portacrib for our granddaughter. The backyard patio and pool area was incredible, we spent a lot of time in the pool! Ali and Brian were so responsive and helpful when we had to bug them.. It was a great location to everything, literally a five minute walk to the beach, a short walk into Lauderdale by the Sea, with shops and restaurants. We made some great memories at Casa coconut. Thanks Ali and Brian for sharing your beautiful home! We will definitely be back.!

Ft. Lauderdale

We arrived to 2 broken beds. Bed in middle room had leg broken off. Bed in room near pool had clearly been broken by last person who stayed and propped up. Bed in master propped up by cinder blocks. We contacted owner immediately. We didn't need all four beds and they thanked us for letting us know. After we discovered the 2nd broken bed - no response was given. 2 of us had to sleep on couches. No refund or solution was offered by owners who are apparently not checking on the condition of the property before renting it out. Definitely not worth the price we paid for beds we couldn't sleep in. This property is also not close to the restaurants or beaches of Ft. Lauderdale's main area. NOT worth the money.

Family Trip

We stayed at Casa Coconut to be near my son’s home for an engagement party celebration. The property exceeded our expectations and was exactly as advertised. The layout of the home was perfect to allow for both family time and privacy for my adult children. We enjoyed the pool and privacy of the back yard. The grill area was lovely and we cooked out one night of our stay. The short walk and easy access to the ocean was amazing! It was wonderful having beach chairs and towels provided, making the beach days so much more enjoyable! The home was clean, the neighborhood lovely and shaded for morning walks. Just a few blocks to stores, restaurants, and groceries. The washer and dryer were very appreciated! We loved the key pad entry- so easy! Brian and Ali were excellent hosts and outlined everything we needed to know before and during our stay. We had a wonderful time!

House is exactly as advertised. All the five star reviews are justified. Stayed here with my wife and adult daughters (and their boyfriends). House was plenty big enough for the six of us. Much better option than three hotel rooms (which was the alternative). Very comfortable and relaxing. Loved spending time in the pool in the late afternoon’s (after returning from the beach). Lot’s of common space too. Family room easily accommodated our large group. Kitchen is large and appliances are all top notch. Even BBQ’d steaks one night on the grill. Came out perfect. Ali is available any time of the day should you have any questions. You are given her cell before you arrive. Very responsive. If returning to the Fort Lauderdale area we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ali and Brian.

resort style landscape

The property is beautiful. Our favorite part was the patio/pool area. It did remind me of a Carribean Resort, very lush and tropical. House is big and nice. Comfy beds. Everything you need is there. It's a short walk to the beach. You do have to cross A1A which is busy. But it's not a big deal. Just hit the cross walk button. They have all the beach chairs, coolers, etc you may need. Also there is plenty of floaties for the pool. There are several little shops right by the neighborhood along A1A but if you want to walk to the 'town square' pictured on this site, its what I would call a short walk. It's under a mile and North. We ate out twice- once at a Taco place (best tacos!!) and once at Arubas. Both were fun and delicious. We were a group of women and we felt comfortable out walking, even at night. I love this house. would definitely stay again. Lastly, they checked on us mid trip to see how we were and if we needed anything, I have stayed in many VRBO's but I have not ever had anyone do that and I thought that was especially nice of the owners.

Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale! The property is clean, private, and quiet. My family and I come to Fort Lauderdale at least twice a year and we will definitely book this home again. Although it was only my husband and I this time, we will surely be back. Casa Coconut did not disappoint. The house was perfect for our vacation. The house and property were very clean and well taken care of. Everything you may need is provided including beach chairs, beach wagon and plenty of towels. They have thought of everything. The location was great. A quick walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. Brian and Ali were very responsive during the booking process and checked in while we were there to make sure we were happy. Little bit of paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! As mentioned in other reviews the house is so well maintained, cared for and clean. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Check in was very easy as was check out. The location is great, lots of walkable options, beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool area is an oasis, the pool was clean and well maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We are only one short block away from the beach! There is no public parking near our deeded beach entrance so this gives you a much less crowded portion of the beach to enjoy. We are a short 10 min walk to downtown Lauderdale-By-The-Sea! We are located in a Quiet Upscale Prestigious Neighborhood.

Parking for the beaches in Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea is hard to come by, avoid the hassle and walk to the beach. Avoid wasting beach time looking for parking then paying a fortune to park. Stay on the island and walk to everything.

We try to have everything that our guests could possibly need on vacation readily available. If they like to bake, we have rolling pins, pie pans, and cookie sheets! If they like to barbecue, we have everything you could possibly need! If they like to play in the sand at the beach, we have lots of sand toys! If they like to check out great restaurants and bars, there are many to choose from just a short walk away! If they like to lounge in the pool, we have all sorts of pool floats! If they like to watch TV, we offer every channel available! If they like to watch TV while lounging in the pool, we have that covered too! Watch your favorite shows from our poolside outdoor TV!
