Patio includes a large gazebo w/ table for 6, gas grill, fire pit and marble countertops for entertaining. Off street parking for (2-4) in driveway and ample additional street parking! Walk to your favorite bars, restaurants and shops! High speed internet and cable provided including Netflix, ESPN+ and more. We also have Tesla charging capabilities, if needed.
